BigCommerce - Add "Free Shipping" to listing import/export
The BigCommerce "Free Shipping" product setting can be changed manually on the listing page on StoreFeeder, but unfortunately it is not available in the listing import/export tool.
Please consider adding this to the import/export tool so we can update this setting in bulk.

Scan location - make skus in order
When you scan a location on the app, it brings up all the skus in that location. However, it doesn't bring the products up in sku order.
We have some small items that are stored in sku order inside a box that's allocated to a single location. When working at location level, it's hard to find the item you want to work on on the scanner, as it's not in any particular order.

Intergation with Shift (ex Tuffnells/ Yodel)
As you might be aware Shift bought Tuffnells and recently Yodel
and become one of the major players as the new courier company for UK.Currently the only option to upload the new orders for Shift is through CSV file, which is time consuming.
If there is a way for Shift to become one of the dedicated couriers on SF platform, that would make life easier.
I'm sure there are many SF customers waiting for this feature...

Import Product Metafield data from Shopify
Many of our products are utilising product metafields in Shopify (e.g. electrical equipment with lots of detailed specification)
We need this data to be imported from Shopify to Storefeeder and also have the ability to export to other Shopify shops
We would like Storefeeder to be one centralised product database (a single version of the truth) for our products, but it's not capable of this currently

Barcode scan pre-despatch
Utilise the barcode scanning despatch to pre-despatch.
We deal with many pre-orders, with waves packed in advance of the release date. We'd love the option to use the barcode scanning despatch to pre-despatch an order. This would enhance our accuracy and therefore service. We've found that it's the one gap in an otherwise highly accurate system.
This could perhaps be done as an account-locked toggle - default to 'despatch', but with an option to 'pre-despatch', perhaps as an additional checkpoint at wave creation.

Improving Deletion Of Amazon/Etsy Listings From Storefeeder
We find it really longwinded to have to go into Amazon to delete an order, then Amazon.be etc to delete the same SKU/ASIN. We then have to redownload the SKU for it to unmap / disappear and then redownload again to clear it when it comes back in (due to time lags)
We can delete these easily from Storefeeder and eBay in one click

Integration For The Courier UPS
We have some parcels which we can only send with UPS, it would be great to have this integration so that we can process labels through Storefeeder rather than processing them manually.
All the other top couriers are in Storefeeder except for this one.3 votes -
Kit/Bundle Pricing
It is very difficult to fully use the kit/bundle pricing module when the margin has to be fixed within the bundle itself. You should be able to have the option to use the component item margins.
Example.
Item 1 - £1 plus 100% margin (normally 100%) = £2
Item 2 - £1 plus 100% margin (normally 200%) = £2
Total £4 (lost margin is £1)Item 1 - £1 plus 100% margin (normally 100%) = £2
Item 2 - £1 plus 200% margin (normally 200%) = £3

Allow different emails to be used in email settings
Currently we are restricted to using a single 'from' email when setting up email templates in SF. The same email is also used for sending purchase orders.
It would be useful if we could choose which 'from' email is used for sending purchase orders so that when our suppliers reply to us it doesn't go to the wrong inbox.
Currently we use a customer support email for our order emails / templates and replies to these emails go to our customer support team. I don't want replies from my suppliers regarding purchase orders being sent to the same team.

Ability to edit product notes within a Purchase Order
We often receive information from our suppliers about products during the PO creation process, it would be useful as we get updated information to be able to edit the product note directly from the Purchase Order rather than having to click through to the product first, to speed along the process.

Button to check for order from same person but different shipping selected.
Sometimes we get multiple orders from people and hey select different shipping methods.( these do not automatically merge) I would like a button the highlight these so we can merge the order as this is not done automatically. we have to check for these order everyday.

Add Amazon Default Values For Listing Creation
It would be great if Amazon also had a Default Values section just like eBay so that when uploading a certain product you can have most of the generic default values automatically populated to save time and reduce errors.

We are currently updating to Amazons new listing APIs which should allow us to do this. Using the current submission method its not easily done.
This work is going to take us some time so wont be started until we are uing the new API.

Add Payment Method to Shipping Rule Option
It would be very helpful to be able to create a shipping rule based on payment type.
Our main use of this rule would be to assign a manual shipping method for orders that are being paid for by cash/bank transfer (i.e payment not received at time of order placement)
This would ensure the unpaid order can still be considered for stock in Storefeeder but not automatically shipped along with other orders before the cash/transfer has actually been received.

Bring picker productivity back
Hi, it would be nice to have the picker productivity report working for non PDA users.

Notification when a backorder is received into the system
It would be useful when a backorder is pulled into the system that a notification is sent via email as these can sometimes be missed and we've had a few cases where a product has oversold on a channel due to delayed stock updates but no one has realised

There is a tab at the top of the page that is specifically to show all "Back orders" only, giving users a clear view of this type of order.

Pick from bulk location when someone orders a full box quantity or more than we have in the pickbin
Currently if we take a large order for a product, it will empty the pickbin and then take the picker to the bulk location. It would be neater for the picker if they just took all the product from the bulk location or at least got them to retreive full box quantities from the bulk location.

Merge Orders from Different Sales Channels
We should be able to choose how we want to merge the orders.
Currently, Store Feeder says "The orders must also be from the
Same channel
Use the same shipping method
Have the same order statusMaybe there can be a toggle that we can switch on/off. For example; We want the system to merge orders from different sales channels. Or from different shipping methods.
It is not possible at the moment.14 voteswe will speak about this, as we would need to ensure the promised delivery dates are not missed amongst other considerations which doesn;t make this as easy as it sounds

Default Maximum Inventory Level for Each Channel
There should be an option to assign a Maximum Inventory Level for each sales channel.
Because, when we map new listings into a product in Store Feeder, the system pushes all stock to eBay channel. Then we exceed the selling limit.Please allow us to set maximum quantity level for each sales channels. We want to set different max stock levels that will be pushed to the sales channels.
