  1. Get returns information from Amazon FBA

    We would like to view the Returns received on the Amazon FBA channel.
    As a next step, we would like to create a feed to our ERP similar to orders feed, so we could automatically create Credit notes for the returns.

  2. Add Amazon Default Values For Listing Creation

    It would be great if Amazon also had a Default Values section just like eBay so that when uploading a certain product you can have most of the generic default values automatically populated to save time and reduce errors.

    We are currently updating to Amazons new listing APIs which should allow us to do this.  Using the current submission method its not easily done.


    This work is going to take us some time so wont be started until we are uing the new API.

  3. Add Payment Method to Shipping Rule Option

    It would be very helpful to be able to create a shipping rule based on payment type.

    Our main use of this rule would be to assign a manual shipping method for orders that are being paid for by cash/bank transfer (i.e payment not received at time of order placement)

    This would ensure the unpaid order can still be considered for stock in Storefeeder but not automatically shipped along with other orders before the cash/transfer has actually been received.

  4. Bring picker productivity back

    Hi, it would be nice to have the picker productivity report working for non PDA users.
    It seems since you have launched the PDA app the picker productivity report only shows our PDA user (which does not pick, only does deliveries)

  5. Notification when a backorder is received into the system

    It would be useful when a backorder is pulled into the system that a notification is sent via email as these can sometimes be missed and we've had a few cases where a product has oversold on a channel due to delayed stock updates but no one has realised

    thanks for your suggestion.  We are looking at a better solution for these sorts of issues.  Rather than notifications that often get ignored\missed we are looking at specific dashboards for user roles that are more suited to the information they are looking for.


    You can also use saved filters on the orders grid to easily look for back orders in the system.

  6. Pick from bulk location when someone orders a full box quantity or more than we have in the pickbin

    Currently if we take a large order for a product, it will empty the pickbin and then take the picker to the bulk location. It would be neater for the picker if they just took all the product from the bulk location or at least got them to retreive full box quantities from the bulk location.

  7. Merge Orders from Different Sales Channels

    We should be able to choose how we want to merge the orders.

    Currently, Store Feeder says "The orders must also be from the
    Same channel
    Use the same shipping method
    Have the same order status

    Maybe there can be a toggle that we can switch on/off. For example; We want the system to merge orders from different sales channels. Or from different shipping methods.
    It is not possible at the moment.

  8. Default Maximum Inventory Level for Each Channel

    There should be an option to assign a Maximum Inventory Level for each sales channel.
    Because, when we map new listings into a product in Store Feeder, the system pushes all stock to eBay channel. Then we exceed the selling limit.

    Please allow us to set maximum quantity level for each sales channels. We want to set different max stock levels that will be pushed to the sales channels.

  9. Pick multiple waves at once

    The idea is for one picker to pick multiple waves on one trip around the warehouse. It would apply the same principle as trolley / consolidated picking to a larger volume of orders - instead of splitting one wave into smaller groups (or individual orders) ready for picking, you split a large volume of orders into smaller, standard waves ready for packing.

    For example:

    I have 150 orders to pick.
    I split them into three waves of 50.
    All three waves are assigned to one picker on one 'trolley' (terminology TBC), and are 'merged' for picking.

  10. Exchange - retain channel order ID

    Retain the channel order ID when processing an exchange.

    We generally need the channel order ID to identify an order in our customer service.

    As it stands, my options are to either exchange the order and lose the channel order ID, or to return and clone the initial order. This can be inefficient for orders on many units/SKUs.

    Offering an option when clicking 'exchange' in an order to retain or delete the channel order ID could be suitable.

  11. Add packaging cost to products/variants

    It would be useful to be able to add the cost of product packaging to products - many of our suppliers have an additional cost for putting our products into packaging, so having this info in SF would be really helpful.

    It would be useful to see a "remaining inventory" or "remaining stock" field on order exports, to show how much stock of a product remained after the exported order was originally placed.

  13. Dispatch By Tote

    I would like to see the option to despatch by tote added where a single order is scanned into a tote by the picker and the packer scans the tote to dispatch instead of scanning the products.

    90% of our products do not come barcoded as they're not retail items and barcoding these items manually is not an option due to volume.

    Being able to scan a pick location to pick the products into a tote and then scan the tote to dispatch would allow us to fully utilize the SF app.

  14. Option to print an additional unpaid returns label when dispatching orders using scan & despatch

    For a lot of order returns, our customers must arrange & pay for return postage. To make the process a little easier for them, and to make sure they use the correct address, we'd like to be able to print off a third label for all orders at the point of dispatch, which has our return address on it, and also the customer order number (so we can identify the customer who has made the return if there is no note in with their return.). They can then attach this label to their package when returning it.

    we do have a feature of creation tracked returns labels in bulk.  If you would like to contact the support team, they will be able to give you guidance on how to get this activated for you.

  15. Stop Quarantined Locations Showing on Pickwave Creation Page Filters

    Orders with an item that is in a quarantined location will still show up on the filters when we filter for specific zones.

    Scenario: Our warehouse is broken down into 3 different areas, with a different team working on each area. We create pickwaves throughout the day for each area to keep them moving. In the filters we select 3 zones (which are in effect 1 area in the warehouse), with the hope of seeing how many orders will potentially be in a new pickwave for those zones. Of the orders that show up are orders for products that exist…

  16. Automatic Saving of Weight, HS Code, Box Code, and Tape Size

    An option to automatically save the weight, HS code, box code, and tape size for each order during the packing process would be extremely valuable. This would eliminate the need for manual entry every time we receive new products, thereby saving time.

  17. Packing Box Code and Tape Dispenser Code Integration

    We would greatly appreciate the addition of a new product field specifically for the packing box code. This feature would enable us to quickly identify the recommended box for each product, streamlining the packing process. Additionally, we are planning to incorporate electric tape dispensers into our workflow. A similar product field for the tape length, corresponding to the dispenser settings, would be highly beneficial.

    Please can we have the feature to have custom attributes preselected from a drop down. For example, instead of having to type in 'Green' for the Product Colour attribute, we can have a dropdown option of preset colours, please look at ticket 51608 for more information

  20. Suggested Stock Transfers from Pick Bins to Bulk Locations

    It would be good if suggested stock transfers could work in reverse allowing Bulk Locations to be filled from Pickbins. Our Pickbins serve our online orders well but we use Bulk Locations in our retail unit. We are finding it hard to keep track of restocking these in Storefeeder when items sell through our shop as there are no reports or suggestions of items that sell out of specific bulk locations.
