  1. Redownloading of orders from Shopify that are "partially refunded"

    If a customer calls and amends their order, ie removes an item or selects a cheaper alternative, we amend the order in Shopify and then process the part refund to the customer within Shopify. All Shopify tasks are then completed.

    Just like if we had added items to an order, we then redownload the order in StoreFeeder, which usually works fine, but if an order is "partially refunded" in Shopify, it gets deleted in StoreFeeder (standard when redownloading an order) but doesn't then pull in successfully.

  3. Please add the ability for the shipping rules to amend the size of an order

    Our overseas couriers do not use letter services. When we get ordersd that are letter sized but going overseas we have to manually change these to large letter before we can generate a label for them. Could you please add the ability within the shipping rules section so that if an order comes through from overseas and is letter sized, the system can automatically amenmd the size to large letter?

  6. Ability to relocate SKUs in bulk on the app by scanning (either bay or list of products)

    We know we can do this on the computer by making a note of SKUs to move, but when stock taking or relocating SKUs to a new location it would be great if you could scan a whole bay barcode, or scan a list of products to move to new location in bulk from the app.

  7. Stock Take App - Secondary filter on stock take page (alphabetical based on SKU)

    We noticed when using the app and stock taking, the order in which the lines come up is random and not based on any secondary filter so you find yourself going back and forth rather than just along to the next box in order.

    Having this option to sort per say SKU would allow us to go through stock takes much more easily knowing everything in that bay is accounted for.

  8. Adding Stock Value To Stock Take Approvals/Reports For Adjustments

    We've recently started using the app for stock taking which sends the reports to the Stock Take Approvals Report to sign off (a bit easier to see adjustments in bulk than the app, as where a 0 adjustment is it doesn't really need approving). However, we noticed nothing shows the value of the stock adjustment when a positive or negative stock take has occurred.

    Currently we ignore small adjustments and put this down to errors with picking usually. However, this doesn't consider the value of the products being ignored. Being able to see this would allow our management to prioritise…

  9. Notification for listings with warnings/requiring attention

    At present StoreFeeder doesn't send notifications when listings have warnings but you can filter the listings grid to listings that are 'Attention Required.
    However if this isn't checked regularly, it means a listing on eBay (as an example) might not be live for quite sometime before the issue is realised.

  10. Reserve stock at inventory level rather than listing level (out of stock threshold) to help with replacing faulty items or overselling

    Ability to reserve X number of units of stock for issues such as replacing faulty products, rather than purposfully undercounting stock, it would allow stock levels to be accurate in pickbins, and ensure we have a buffer of stock for issues or overselling situations.

  11. Shopify POS be distinguishable / have "POS" as the shipping method

    Shopify POS be distinguishable / have "POS" as the shipping method.

    At the moment, when a Shopify POS order pulls into StoreFeeder it has "Default Shipping" as the shipping order. It would be good if it said "POS"
    Stewart has said "I have spoken to the team about this and the only way to distinguish these orders in StoreFeeder is to check the addresses of the orders as they are imported. POS order will be missing address information"

    Introduce Mac Address Restriction. As a company we can not ask staff without a company phone to use 2FA. We have staff members who work remotely, whether that be out on site or shows. Even there we can not rely on IP Address restriction, if the server goes down.

  13. EPOS add customer name instead of person making the order

    When taking payment for Goods over a trade counter have the ability to Enter a Name (Customer Name) so they have a personal receipt and we have a record of what item they have purchased.

    Currently the username of the person signed into Storefeeder gives no permanent record and some businesses that purchase from the Trade counter require a better solution that us writing their company name on the receipt so they can put through their accounts and reclaim VAT

  14. Woo commerce multi attribute

    I have asked before about storefeeder's inability to list multi attribute to woo commerce which handles this without issue. This means if something is black and red i have to decide which it is and can have it under both colours or have hundreds of different colour options on my website filters. I was told this had been requested by another client and was in the pipeline but i haven't heard anything since. Please introduce the ability to have multiple of the same attribute on a woocommerce listing. this is something that is already possible on a product just not…

  15. Designate product as Digital

    Alongside lots of physical products, our site sells a handful of "digital" products - such as a membership product and downloadable content files. We currently assign these products to a "digital" warehouse but the orders need manually marking as Despatched every so often, which triggers despatch notification emails to be sent to customers, which is weird. It would be great to have a Digital flag on products, which if ticked would mean Storefeeder essentially does nothing with that SKU, and just assumes it has been fulfilled immediately by the storefront.

  16. Auto merge Large Letter and Parcel shipping options.

    I have a lot of customers that make separate orders, some are parcel size, some large letter. Currently I need to arrange open orders alphabetically and manually scroll through merging orders from different shipping services. On a monday that could be hundreds of orders which takes forever. It would be useful to have a rule that merges these automatically or at least flag them up so they can be found quickly.

  17. Automatically Split Orders

    We use Amazon shipping and Royal Mail as a courier on Amazon.
    We have been selling 20KG bags of compost. If a customer orders more than one, then we cannot put them all into one parcel as they are way too heavy.

    As Amazon only allows one tracking number, we have to split the orders manually to ensure there is one parcel per order.

    I am currently having to split about 20 orders manually per day, some have 5 plus units on them.

  18. Adding "Ship By Date" to all channels

    We are currently having an issue where our warehouse staff are solely concentrating on ship by dates rather than doing orders in order of oldest to newest.

    We have had around 2000 Amazon and Amazon prime orders per day and these are very important, so these are completed first. Our warehouse aren’t shipping any phone orders, Shopify orders, eBay orders. They are only filtering by ‘Ship by Date’ and concentrating on that.

    It would be better if we could add a ship by date to each order.

    For example:
    Amazon: No need as already provided
    Shopify Priority: Same as order…

  20. Multi-Stock Location make simple

    Make the MSL a lot easier to change the location similar to the Single Stock locations, it currently takes us 10x longer than using SSL.

    We simply needed it for the use of the Trolley function.
