Automate Pick Wave Creation Based On Rules
A process that is time consuming and easily automated to save time.
It would be great to have a set of rules based on a rota of staff, shipping rules, opening times and how many times a day to push this (or even better if a picker gets low push some to them). With the addition of manually still being able to create pick waves.
We feel this process should by now be possible to automate as its a daily task that is very unnecessary to manually do eating into valuable time each and every day.

New marketplace available from China - would be great to get this Amazon rival active if there is enough traction.

Show Variation Listings Expanded When Searching for a product - or take you to the product you searched for!
When a product is in a variation and you search for it the search result is the variation listing so you then have to click the + to open the variation and then look for that item. Why can it not just return the item you searched for whether it is in a variation or not, or at least auto open the variation and show you the items.

Multi-Locations - Add size of pick bin to the options on locations
It would be great to add a feature on pick bins / locations to assign an approximate size, just like zones or levels. Having the ability to give pick bins a small / medium / large / pallet size would be great to assign new products to certain areas based on their size. We could create zones for this but this would remove the option to use zones correctly.

APP - Add task buttons for 'Stock Discrepancies' & 'Stock in unknown locations'
Can you add a button for 'Stock Discrepancies' and 'Stock in unknown locations' on the Tasks section of the app?
When a stock discrepancy is raised, it's very manual and outdated how to check these. The items need a stock take to fix then have to manually release the order from 'On Hold' status. Could this work by adding the product to a task to stock take (you then know where the location is) > then once stock taked > release any orders from 'On Hold' automatically that can be fulfilled/located. Any that can't be can remain 'On Hold'

Add clickable feature on Orders page to see which Purchase Orders stock is ordered on
Add clickable feature on the main 'Orders' page to see which Purchase Orders stock is ordered on when on when you hover over the SKU in question. Rather than just seeing 2 on PO and 2 on BO it would be ideal to see clickable PO numbers so we can then assess when these are due in/were ordered.

order export to include order tags
would helpful for the order export to separate our sales. we use shopify to connect to mirakl for different marketplaces but the limitation with this is that all orders come through as zero vat.

Add a Download All Images button to product pages
Sometimes I require pictures from StoreFeeder that are no longer back up internally. It would be great to download these all easily rather than right click -> open in new tab then download.

Create a pickwave -Tag (optional)
when creating a pickwave i write in - Tag (optional) everytime incase i need to look back at certain pickwaves in the future.

Ability for admin to send a message to users that will pop up either on handheld scanners or whilst packing.

Make credit notes when an order is returned; no need to actually send it, but we get asked a lot for them.

Supplier Inactive/Active Status
A way to give a supplier a status of either Active or Inactive. A bit like a 'discontinued button' for suppliers.
If inactive, this would remove the supplier from your 'select a supplier' drop down when making a purchase order. Once active status is set again, supplier would reappear in the drop down.
Deleting the supplier would remove it from the drop down but the supplier details would be lost. This way it keeps supplier details and history on system intact and cleans up supplier drop down saving have to sift through 'inactive suppliers' on a daily basis.

Add prompt for incorrect password entry and number of entries left before locking account
We have a few staff members that occasionally put in their password incorrectly several times on our scanners (especially new members) and they then lock themselves out. It would be great if you could add a prompt to show the number of attempts made/left being locking the account and prompting once the account is locked. Otherwise staff keep trying their correct passwords and they do not work once locked.

Etsy's New US Pricing - Add the option to price based on location with Etsy's new feature
Etsy have recently released US, Global and UK specific pricing, would it be possible to add this feature into Storefeeder so we can update listings in bulk. US sales via Etsy are the most common and to be able to price in the new Delivery Duty Paid fees would be great.
To go one step further, would it also be possible to link with a website to know what the duties are specifically for each COO and commodity code within Storefeeder as percentage?

Notifiction on stock problem
Would it be possible to put a permanent notification on the app for when a stock issue ("Pickwave Stock problem") is raised, as our staff keep forgetting?

Send invoice by email button
A button on the order which sends the invoice to the customer automatically by email so that for direct orders where the customer needs to pay in advance we aren't having to manually download this and send it. can this also be something which when pressed and email is sent it records it in the order audit trail.

Integrate with Amazon Easy Ship
Integrating Amazon Easy Ship with StoreFeeder would streamline our dispatch process by automating label creation and pickup scheduling. It would cut down on manual work in Seller Central, reduce shipping errors, and ensure faster, more reliable deliveries to UK customers.

purchase order
If we have several POs from the same supplier and I want to combine them into one, I have to export them all and reimport as a CSV. It would be much easier if there were a merge POs button

User management of transfers
Would it be possible to add more in depth management of the "Suggested transfers" section by SKU/Location?
This would offer far more in depth management of pickface replenishment via StoreFeeder rather than having to create spreadsheets to calculate the data for an upload.
