  1. Ability to change "Manual re-order level" via app would be super useful

    As in the title. I could use our handset to scan items in the warehouse and change the "Manual re-order level". I can already change weights / packaging sizes etc.

    thanks for the suggestion.  Under our new UserVoice policy we are going to give this 90 days to hit 10 votes before making a decision.


    The app isnt intended to be a like for like replacement for StoreFeeder so there are no plans for this but we will see if its popular request.

  2. Returns Management via Storefeeder App

    We would like to be able to process customer returns via the Storefeeder App so items could be scanned in rather than having to update via Storefeeder.

    We like this feature request in theory.


    However we would like feedback on how you think this would work.  StoreFeeder doesnt process refunds or returns to channel.  So a user would need to be in front of a machine to complete the returm fully.


    What woudl you like to be able to do in the app?

  3. Changing the stages of picking flow

    It would be nice to have the flow of picking either changed or swappable.

    If you would like to scan the location and tote the current setup is not very friendly for locations higher up.

    E.g you have to go up a ladder to scan the location and come back down to scan the tote then back up to grab the product and scan.

    It would be good if scanning the tote was the last stage or could be changed to if wanted as its the most logical place to put it once you are about to place the product…

    We have spoken about this seperately on a support ticket.  But for the benefit of others, this will be implemented soon.  We have changed the flow for the combination of strict validation with tote picking so that all products are picked first and the adding to the totes is done in one go afterward.


    Please kep an eye on the APP updates for further details.

  4. Product Special Attribute

    Option to view "Product Special Attribute" when booking in deliveries.

    This would enable staff booking in deliveries, to see if the item is needed elsewhere (for example, new product, needs to go to the office for listing).

    We are planning on implementing a new option that will highlight products when booking in via the app if its the first time its been booked in.


    We are also going to add PSA on the product enquiry lookup.
