Designate product as Digital
Alongside lots of physical products, our site sells a handful of "digital" products - such as a membership product and downloadable content files. We currently assign these products to a "digital" warehouse but the orders need manually marking as Despatched every so often, which triggers despatch notification emails to be sent to customers, which is weird. It would be great to have a Digital flag on products, which if ticked would mean Storefeeder essentially does nothing with that SKU, and just assumes it has been fulfilled immediately by the storefront.

Assign multiple skus to one product
Hi,
Currently we can only assign one product SKU to a product, however sometimes a supplier can give a product multiple SKUs. ie they may have a main product sku, then a separate sku for the item as an FOB order, or the item in mail order packaging.The only way we can deal with this currently is to put both skus in the SF sku field. This is fine, until we come to upload a new purchase order from the supplier, which only has 1 of the 2 skus down as it's product sku, and as such, it means…

Ability to drag and drop product variations into different sort order
Sometimes we get a Small, Medium only in a specific colour and we get the Large or XLarge at a later date.
It would be great to have a feature where we can drag variations into a different sort order. This way we can keep all the sizes and colours together, this makes it so much easier when updating stock, rather than looking through everything being jumbled up.1 vote -
Streamlined Kit/Bundle Product Creation in StoreFeeder
Objective
To enhance the efficiency and user experience in StoreFeeder by allowing the creation of kit/bundle products directly from the product view.
Current Process
Currently, creating a kit/bundle product involves:
Selecting "New Product."
Manually adding each component, addition, and swap to the new product.
This process is time-consuming and requires considerable manual input.
Proposed Enhancement
Introduce a feature in the product view that allows users to create a new kit/bundle product by selecting existing products and using a "New Product" option.
This will:
Enable selection of multiple products directly from the product view.
Automatically assign the selected products as components…

Adding Production Timings to Products
Around 95% of our items are personalised and made to order. It would be useful for us if we could input the time it takes to make each item on the product. Then when we come to make our pick waves it could add a 'total time it would take to make these items' field.
This would be helpful for us so we could see how long our orders should take for the day, and we could then plan better accordingly.

Use Images as a filter
If you could filter products by if they had an image or not would be quite useful.
This would help with product creation as it adds another method to find particular products that may have titles, descriptions, etc already created but no images currently.

Kit Products having a supplier impacting listings
I noticed that kit products do not have a supplier. This is proving to be problematic when using Listings overview, where we filter by supplier.
The kit products do not appear and therefore are not being listed, or missed.

Reserve stock at inventory level rather than listing level (out of stock threshold) to help with replacing faulty items or overselling
Ability to reserve X number of units of stock for issues such as replacing faulty products, rather than purposfully undercounting stock, it would allow stock levels to be accurate in pickbins, and ensure we have a buffer of stock for issues or overselling situations.

Add packaging cost to products/variants
It would be useful to be able to add the cost of product packaging to products - many of our suppliers have an additional cost for putting our products into packaging, so having this info in SF would be really helpful.

Multi-Stock Location make simple
Make the MSL a lot easier to change the location similar to the Single Stock locations, it currently takes us 10x longer than using SSL.
We simply needed it for the use of the Trolley function.

Kit/Bundle Pricing
It is very difficult to fully use the kit/bundle pricing module when the margin has to be fixed within the bundle itself. You should be able to have the option to use the component item margins.
Example.
Item 1 - £1 plus 100% margin (normally 100%) = £2
Item 2 - £1 plus 100% margin (normally 200%) = £2
Total £4 (lost margin is £1)Item 1 - £1 plus 100% margin (normally 100%) = £2
Item 2 - £1 plus 200% margin (normally 200%) = £3

Block certain users from manually reducing stock quantities
There are some users whom I wish to give access to products, but whom I do not wish to be able to manually reduce stock quantites, either on the product page itself or on the Bulk Inventory Update page.
Even in the case of warehouse staff, who regularly do stock-takes, I would like to have the option of blocking their ability to manually reduce a quantity.
An advanced feature would be to have any stock amendments by certain users (additions or subtractions) having to be 'approved' by an admin user...
12 votesWe are currently adding more permissions into StoreFeeder and one on the list is blocking the ability to be able to perform inventory updates\adjustments.
If you are performing stock takes on the app this should be unaffected as stock takes have to be approved before any adjustments are made.

Ability to archive a product to a date
It would be great if you could 'archive' a product to a date so for example, we may have a product that is out of stock until 1st September 2023, we therefore don't want to keep seeing it on the Purchase Order daily and removing it/writing it off so it would be great if you could set the 1st September 2023 as a date for the item to unarchive/become available again. This would then allow a level of automation for out of stock products and seasonal products that you may want to hide for a period of the year then…

Default Maximum Inventory Level for Each Channel
There should be an option to assign a Maximum Inventory Level for each sales channel.
Because, when we map new listings into a product in Store Feeder, the system pushes all stock to eBay channel. Then we exceed the selling limit.Please allow us to set maximum quantity level for each sales channels. We want to set different max stock levels that will be pushed to the sales channels.

When Average Cost updates on 0 Inventory Lines, take Tax Status into account
The average cost fields update automatically when an item has 0 inventory, and the priority supplier cost is updated. This sets both the Avg cost (ex VAT) and Avg cost (incl VAT) to match that supplier cost.
Since the supplier cost we enter is exclusive of VAT, we'd want the system to look at the Tax Status field for that product, decide whether to add on a % for VAT and then use that as the Avg cost (incl VAT).

Include the PSA field within the ordered products section of a purchase order
The PSA field is extremely important to our business when making purchasing decisions, however when a product is added to a purchase order it is no longer visible in the ordered product section. Adding this here would make our processes a lot more efficient.

We need a New Feature that would allow us to Post a short video of the Product. We can post videos directly only through amazon nd ebay.
For Example We all can see that amazon and ebay allows a 15-30 seconds video. but to Upload that Video you have to go to amazon nd ebay directly. We need a feature that allows to post videos along with pictures on all platforms.

Report for number of times products hit 0 stock to allow for increases in min stock levels
I would have thought this would be useful for everyone to be able to pull off a report over a certain time period of all the products that have hit 0 stock with a number indicating how many times this has happened. This would highlight any products that manual reorder levels/minimum stock levels are set too low and could be increased to in turn increase sales.

Expiry date and batch number tracking functionality
Capability to assign batch numbers and expiry dates to stock and manage inventory on First Expires First Out principle. Batch numbers and expiry dates would then be recorded against shipped orders to provide traceability.
