  1. Notification when a backorder is received into the system

    It would be useful when a backorder is pulled into the system that a notification is sent via email as these can sometimes be missed and we've had a few cases where a product has oversold on a channel due to delayed stock updates but no one has realised

    thanks for your suggestion.  We are looking at a better solution for these sorts of issues.  Rather than notifications that often get ignored\missed we are looking at specific dashboards for user roles that are more suited to the information they are looking for.


    You can also use saved filters on the orders grid to easily look for back orders in the system.

  2. Add Amazon Default Values For Listing Creation

    It would be great if Amazon also had a Default Values section just like eBay so that when uploading a certain product you can have most of the generic default values automatically populated to save time and reduce errors.

    We are currently updating to Amazons new listing APIs which should allow us to do this.  Using the current submission method its not easily done.


    This work is going to take us some time so wont be started until we are uing the new API.

  3. Include eBay usernames to show up when using the search feature

    We have been using the search bar as a quicker way to bring up customer orders, products etc. It searches for names (part and full) however it does not search for eBay usernames

    eBay usernames are in the 'Customer Name' field if you search directly on the Orders page so I thought it would look for this also.

    The search bar is so much quicker so it would be useful to have the results for usernames included in the results

  4. Option to print an additional unpaid returns label when dispatching orders using scan & despatch

    For a lot of order returns, our customers must arrange & pay for return postage. To make the process a little easier for them, and to make sure they use the correct address, we'd like to be able to print off a third label for all orders at the point of dispatch, which has our return address on it, and also the customer order number (so we can identify the customer who has made the return if there is no note in with their return.). They can then attach this label to their package when returning it.

    we do have a feature of creation tracked returns labels in bulk.  If you would like to contact the support team, they will be able to give you guidance on how to get this activated for you.

  5. pre order drop down

    On the order status for orders. It would be good to have an option for pre orders so they don't get confused for OOS orders that would need to be cancelled.

    thanks for your suggestion.  Rather than new statuses we are looking at adding the ability to use "tags" on orders on the V3 page to categorise them.  This allows more flexibility than just a fixed set of statuses.


    This will allow you to do what you need and be able to filter for that "tag".

  6. Listing still active on ebay

    The ability to see if a listing becomes dead after a period of no stock on ebay.

    For example
    Item has stock all sell, then it takes awhile to restock, ebay kill the listing, without us knowing.

  7. HS codes for kits.

    I sell a lot of 'kits' on Shopify. In StoreFeeder, these kits have component products set against them for stock take purposes. However, when I ship a kit the CN22/23 lists every component rather than just the kit. I have HS codes from HMRC for these kits so don't need each product listed, which can be very lengthy and also cost my customer more.

    Please consider the ability to use a kit HS code.

  8. Limit shipping methods that show when creating a MOTO order

    When creating a MOTO order, the dropdown list for shipping methods shows ALL shipping methods available on our account. We generally only use around 5 of these, so it would be good if we could limit the ones that show in the list to just those ones. We don't want to remove all the methods that we don't currently use from our account in case we need them again another time.

    Thank you for your suggestion, we think this is a good idea and is currently being reviewed.


    We are looking at implementing this.


    Phase 1 is likely to be limiting domestic shipping methods to UK orders and vice versa.  We will then look to follow up with being able to have favourite shipping methods at the top of the list so you can easily pick the ones you need to.

  9. Add note to pickwave when order is removed from a pickwave

    Currently if an order is removed from a pickwave a message pops up on the scanner at the end of the pickers wave to say that an item has been removed, however it doesn't go anywhere else.

    It would be useful if this note was also added to the pickwave notes on the pickwave screen

    The reason for this is that the picker may have finished the pickwave before the item is removed, therefore they never see the note. If it's added to the notes on the pickwave as well then at least the packer knows why they have something…

  10. Ability to archive a product to a date

    It would be great if you could 'archive' a product to a date so for example, we may have a product that is out of stock until 1st September 2023, we therefore don't want to keep seeing it on the Purchase Order daily and removing it/writing it off so it would be great if you could set the 1st September 2023 as a date for the item to unarchive/become available again. This would then allow a level of automation for out of stock products and seasonal products that you may want to hide for a period of the year then…

  12. User Permissions to Disable Text Input on Barcode Dispatch page for New Staff

    We seem to have a recurring problem with new staff thinking they know better , and they "copy and paste" product skus or barcodes into the input box on the barcode dispatch page rather than scanning the products barcode. This can result in wrong products being dispatched.

    If this was an option we can turn on per user, then we can ensure that only the experience staff / team leaders can do this. In the event that the new staff member has a product that doesn't have a barcode on it or that can't be scanned, then the team leader…

  13. Tick button on bulk transfers for removing old location

    I would just like to see if we could have the option on the transfer import screen to remove location when completing a bulk transfer on the Transfer import page. having this as a selectable option would be a much easier and streamlined for when doing larger stock transfers and re-arranging of the warehouse? there is already the option to remove locations from skus individually and a little work around albeit not ideal on the product import/export but i believe it would be better suited to being a yes/no option on the "Transfer Import" screen.

    Looking at white screens is very tiring to the eyes, especially when your job requires you to be looking at a computer screen most of the day. It would be great if StoreFeeder had a dark mode, something that is being added by default to most applications these days.

  16. Bulk upload eBay specifics

    eBay Item specifics are becoming more important to the visibility of listings.
    Also, using the eBay recommended options can significantly further improve visibility and search results.
    While this can be done on an individual listing level, this is impractical with a large number of listings.
    There are third-party tools that can analyse in bulk and improve Item Specifics, however these upload directly to eBay, and will be overwritten by subsequent Storefeeder listing updates.
    Uploading to eBay and then redownloading to Storefeeder provides its own set of issues.

  17. Supplier Cost Pricing per Inventory

    It is very common for suppliers to temporarily change the price of an item (e.g. in a sale) that we already stock which we therefore buy. We are looking for the ability to allocate this cheaper-priced stock to a new price and once it is sold through, the old price would automatically return, or stick depending on settings, for the remaining (old-priced) stock. This would therefore make calculating profit margins a lot easier and save a lot of time as you would be able to quickly look back to see what inventory was bought at what price.

    We have a new feature coming that will intorduces batches/FIFO into storefeeder.


    Once the first interation of this feature has been out and used sucessfully, we will work on further enchancements.


    This could then allow us to be able to track deliveries to certain stock and give you this information.
