Ability to archive a product to a date
It would be great if you could 'archive' a product to a date so for example, we may have a product that is out of stock until 1st September 2023, we therefore don't want to keep seeing it on the Purchase Order daily and removing it/writing it off so it would be great if you could set the 1st September 2023 as a date for the item to unarchive/become available again. Sales reports that capture the cost price at the time of purchase
I run sales reports to calculate profit but the report I download only captures the cost price at the time of the download and not at the time of the purchase. Our prices fluctuate weekly depending on our suppliers, this prevents me from getting an accurate profit margin on each line.

Enter a fixed Cost Price for Kit Products
We have products that we can buy individually for a certain price, but if bought together as a bundle, we receive a discount. Currently prices are calculated automatically (which is understandable), but it doesn't help me when I am calculating profit figures for Kit products.

Import payment info from Shopify to Xero on new orders.
Import payment info from Shopify to Xero on new orders.
Orders are exported to Storefeeder and on despatch an invoice is sent to Xero
Currently a manual process is required to either match a PayPal payment to the invoice or to add a payment if paid via Shopify payments. (We have multiple stores, so need to get the payment on the correct store)
On a previous system I used, the payment type/amount etc would be exported to Xero and then when the order was despatched it would tie up with the invoice and a 1 click of the "ok" button.…

User Permissions to Disable Text Input on Barcode Dispatch page for New Staff
We seem to have a recurring problem with new staff thinking they know better , and they "copy and paste" product skus or barcodes into the input box on the barcode dispatch page rather than scanning the products barcode. This can result in wrong products being dispatched.
If this was an option we can turn on per user, then we can ensure that only the experience staff / team leaders can do this. In the event that the new staff member has a product that doesn't have a barcode on it or that can't be scanned, then the team leader…

Ability to take part payments on EPOS
On a MOTO order you can mark a part payment then add a second payment method however this isnt possible on the EPOS which is the place we are most likely to need to take a part payment. currently if you mark a payment of £5 against a £10 order on the epos it records it as fully paid and processes the order.

Xero Draft Invoice
Hi
This is a feature request, it would be good if it was possible to send the order to zero as a draft, or to send individually by request, my issue is that we have to apply discounts, shipping etc and check the prices.
Currently it's a long copy and paste process.

thanks for the suggestion, although its not reached the required amount of votes, its come up a few times so we think it warrants investigation. We are currently looking at the possibility of letting users choose the status invoices get sent up in. So you would be able to choose draft or complete.

Custom Priority Flags
We'd love to be able to multi use priority flags.
Currently we have it setup only for Click and Collect orders so our team knows to get them off first.
We'd like to expand it and be able to add a custom flag to that some of our custom shipping method orders so they are spotted quickly and dispatched.9 votes -
Price update on current exchange rates for active listings on foreign marketplaces
Listing prices currently only convert to the marketplace currency at the point of upload, this causing huge disruption to prices on foreign platforms. Especially looking at the drop in GBP to USD at the beginning of this year.
A daily price update performed to these channels based on the current exchange rate would massively solve this issue.

Add EPR and WEEE reporting
For selling into Germany and France, we need to report the amount of packaging and WEEE that we export there. It looks like it's only going to increase and add to the work load for all sellers. Also, if they need evidence, it's much easier to show it from a report rather than my dodgy approximations. :-)
If we could add the fields that we need to each product (e.g. Weight of cardboard packaging, Plastic packaging, wood packaging, etc.), we could simply run a report for each country and timescale, to total the amounts for each type of EPR/WEEE we…

Alerts for new UserVoice suggestions
I often completely forget the UserVoice feature exists due to it being a different page and login. I think it would be really helpful to be able to 'opt in' to email alerts when someone posts a new suggestion, or have a weekly/monthly round up blog post or something to share the new ideas. Important ideas may be missed due to not seeing a suggestion within the 90 days. This may help improve dialog and discussions between users and StoreFeeder :)

Amazon Repricer - Automatic Price Reset
I would like to see an Amazon repricing feature that when the minimum price is reached, the price is automatically updated to the maximum repricer price.
Repricers have become commonplace now and when you have two or more sellers using repricers it's just a quick race to the bottom and small margins. The seller who is happy to make the least amount wins and for the sake of 1p you are relegated to a very small percentage of sales.

Schedule/Blanket Purchase Orders
I have come from large manufacturing companies and came here to help the business.
to ensure we do not run out of stock and be pro-active , I want to place a scheduled PO to our suppliers, i.e 2000 in August , 2000 in October and 2000 in December ,, but I can place the dates on the each purchase line to show this . this needs to be an option for our company to fulfil customer orders.

Add your own tokens and live exchange rates for Pricing Profiles
Add your own tokens and live exchange rates for Pricing Profiles. Pricing Profiles is a great feature, until you want to use it to sell stuff abroad. If there was a way of adding live Exchange Rates as a token, this would become a possibility. Exchange Rates are already pulled into SF, so it can't be too difficult to make this available to other features? Whilst there, it would be useful to be able to store custom values as tokens... Postage costs to different international locations for instance.

Partial Refund Shipping
We would like there to be an option in the 'returns' section on Storefeeder where we can partially refund shipping on the order so it matches our database exactly. At the moment there is just an option to refund the shipping in full or not at all, it would be helpful if we could partially refund this.

Be notified when a product in back in stock
We would like there to be an option on products for us to be notified when they come back into stock. This could be through a message in the top right hand corner of the dashboard or an email? This will allow us to let customers know when certain items have come back into stock.
