Make it easy to find orders from the same customer but different Channels
NOT TO MERGE ORDERS ON STOREFEEDER AS THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE
Simply to flag orders when in 'Warehouse - Picking - Outstanding orders' when they have identical postcodes but from different channels so we can print these orders and send them together.
We find ourselves on a morning having to filter the outstanding orders by postcode.
We then scroll through and find by eye matching postcodes, we then verify that they are from the same customer but placed on various different channels.We would then dispatch one with postage and the other orders as default shipping and then our picker/packers…

"Time of first action" export/report
Add the ability to export the "time of first action" for picking and packing data for all staff who worked across a time period. Adding this onto the picker and packer productivity reports as an additional column would be great.

Notes section within each Supplier
A free text "Notes" section within each supplier.
It would allow me to enter data such as:
-Delivery free if orders over £XX (and list delivery costs for orders below this value)
-send POs via email
-place orders on XXX (web address)Some of my suppliers have multiple ordering platforms and which I have to use, depends on the brand I'm ordering...it would be really handy to have a notes section so I can list these details.

Add Feature To Show Restock Dates On Out Of Stock Products
Would be great if there was a feature/area where we could add restock dates for products that are OOS. Ideally in the supplier details section against a specific supplier. This would be helpful for customer services too.

Add Alphabetical Order to Despatch Mode > Sort Paperwork Settings
It would be great if there was an additional option for sorting paperwork 'by pick bin (then line count)' but then also sort to alphabetical. We typically have SKUs all in alphabetical order for ease of locating. I was amazed to find alphabetical order was not a default after sorting on the above setting. This would help pick from pick bins in the right order sequence rather than returning to the same pick bin throughout a pick wave.

Make adding weight to orders mandatory like price currently is for example with a *. To avoid orders going out without weighs in them.

Create order rules
When certain orders meet a criteria then actions are taken.
Example: a customer spends over £20, a free item is added onto their order.
A customer chooses priority shipping, a certain packaging type is selected.
A customer buys a new product which is running a promotion that a free gift will be included.7 votesThis idea is already being planned on as part of our "business rules" project.

Ability to disable automatic supplier creation
Currently new suppliers are automatically created based on eBay listings.
New EU legislation makes it so we have to include supplier information in eBay listings. When this is mapped to Storefeeder, it creates a new supplier, even though we already have supplier categories that we add manually for each product.

Annual Stock Take
To have an option on the app or pc where we can see the percentage of how many locations or products were scanned and counted. Ex : a report which we can print and see that 100% of our products or locations were scanned and counted and nothing was missed out.

Show brand filter on the PO page, as we do POs per brand for the supplier to stream line booking in and ordering.

Product image naming not SEO friendly
When I prepare an image for upload to Storefeeder I save it using a SEO friendly title (e.g. the name of the product)
However when it is uploaded to storefeeder the title of the image is renamed to random letters and numbers.
This number/letter title is then used when uploaded to Shopify, so I lose any SEO benefit I would have had by using the name of the product as the title of the image.
Please allow us to keep the image title we create when we upload images and use that seo friendly name when uploading to Shopify etc.

Ability to link Responsible People for GPSR to Brand & Pre-Populate
We noticed with the recent update we can add Responsible People (RP) to our system and then add these to products, however, as typically brands are linked to one person is there a way to link these so when a brand is selected for a product then a RP is also selected (with toggle to turn on or off)

Prevent Listings Being Created For Certain Products/Marketplaces
We have a few items which can't be listed on certain sites due to restrictions etc, these tend to differ per marketplace slightly and/or can be despatched to certain countries. It would be great therefore if you could say put a restriction on a product so that it could not be uploaded to eBay US (where the product may clash with US laws etc)

Stop booking in deliveries to trolley
When booking deliveries, a trolley location can show, please remove all trolley locations for items to be booked into.

Auto pop up, add trolley for picking
When we pick a new pickwave, every time we have to accept the "add trolley"...., select the 3 dots > add trolley, if a pop up could just come up with "scan trolley > "add" that would be great.

Consider Integrating With A2X Accountancy Software For Automated Product Cost Syncing
We use A2X to manage our marketplace payouts so they filter into the correct accounts automatically. They recently linked with another competitor to sync cost of each SKU. We wondered if this would be considered so our COGS could be automatically synced with cost prices in Storefeeder?

Show Notes Only For Certain Pickers
It would be really handy to be able to show notes for certain pickers.
For example a new picker with no experience may need reminding how to pack a certain product. Something that an experienced picker would know and not need to be told everytime they pack a specific item.
At the moment barcode despatched notes are either shown for everyone, or no one - there is no inbetween which means experienced users need to clear every message.

Inventory Feeds
Would a feature be possible where as a user - we can build our own live product feeds where we could include standard and custom attributes (depending on user setup) so that we can give the URL to suppliers/customers for inventory feeds or other information. Quite often people require different formats and so it would be useful if we could create a feed - select format (CSV/XLSX) and when the user navigates to the URL - it gives returns them the file? Or even the ability to have it in XML so it is always live?

Free text notes box in the Order Information box for quick viewing rather than scrolling to the bottom.

Just the ability to see a few notes from members of staff. ie - courier claim has been submitted, order returned but not refunded yet.
