Assign multiple skus to one product
Hi,
Currently we can only assign one product SKU to a product, however sometimes a supplier can give a product multiple SKUs. ie they may have a main product sku, then a separate sku for the item as an FOB order, or the item in mail order packaging.
The only way we can deal with this currently is to put both skus in the SF sku field. This is fine, until we come to upload a new purchase order from the supplier, which only has 1 of the 2 skus down as it's product sku, and as such, it means it doesn't match anything and will create a new product. We then end up with 2 "products" on storefeeder for one actual product.
2 ways of doing this that I can think of:
1. Add the option to add an additional sku to a product (similar to the "additional barcode" functionality).
2. Allow us to add the same supplier to a product multiple times - so we can therefore add a supplier instance for each version of the supplier sku - with the added bonus of being able to put a price with each supplier sku as well.
