Product Spare Parts
It would be great if we could associate Products with Spare Parts. We often find if a customer breaks a part or requires a new one - we need to create the part in storefeeder to process - but if at the point of onboarding, we could create "parts" that could then be itemised - under the main product. We trialed using kits but as it isn't part of the routine product - it doesn't really work.
It would almost just be a way to link the product to another so that there are a group of products associated with…

Some items have a set age range. Example 3+. It would be good if we could store this information online in Storefeeder.

Inventory Age Ranges
Could you add a feature to categorize inventory into age ranges (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-180, 181-270, 271-365, and 365+ days)? New stock would start in 0-30, and as items sell, the oldest stock is reduced first. This would help us quickly identify aging stock and apply discounts accurately.

Introduce the option to include pricing on EAN labels
The software currently allows SKU and product names to be included on EAN labels when printed. We propose adding an option to include the product price on these labels as well. This feature would make the labels more versatile, allowing them to be used on shelf fronts in physical stores and enhancing convenience for EPOS system users who rely on clear, visible pricing for products.

Batch Number tracking
Introduce functionality within the app to input batch numbers at the point of inbound delivery.
Further, introduce the ability within the app and web-based site to view real-time stock availability by batch, and allocate specific batch numbers to orders (e.g., 3 units from Batch A for order 1, 2 units from Batch B for order 2). Bulk Order Notes per SKU
We would like the ability to be able to add notes in bulk to orders based on if the order has a particular SKU in it. If a SKU has a delay in arriving, we would like to bulk import a note to all orders that have the SKU in it so that when our CSE team look at an order, they straight away see the information they require.

Click & Collect orders
A Click & Collect order has to go through a pickwave for stock purposes, but at present the pickwave then sits "live" and not dispatched until the order is collected.
I've been told I can tag a pickwave as "click & collect" but this is still going to clutter the open pickwave section up, especially when there are lots of single order pickwaves.
The ideal solution would be that these sit somewhere else a little more distinguishable or perhaps hiding pickwaves with tag "Click & Collect". Basically, just something that means they're not cluttering up the open pickwave area.

Country of Origin
Could the country of Origin be stored in proper and not capitals? Amazon require it that format and even with us uploading them in proper “Germany” they come out in capitals in the export “GERMANY”.

Adjustment to Images
When you click URL’s for images it gives you all the images you have uploaded in one field with a “space | space” between each image. Would it be possible to have each image in a separate tab? This would make it easier to import into 3rd party platforms like Amazon.

The ability to set maximum stock quantities each pickbin can hold
I'm sure like many, I have my main pickbin location for a product, plus an overflow which is used to top up the main pickbin.
The current transfers of 7days of stock I feel is a bit useless to me, as I'm 1-very seasonal and 2-sales of some items fly one week and then I don't sell them for a few weeks. and 3-my pickbins are set sizes, and printing off a transfer sheet of recommendations will end up in more items being moved from the mezzaine (where my overflow stock is) to downstairs to the main pickbins, only to…

Photos of product packaging on picking app
I'd love to be able to set a "product packaging photo" via the app, which will allow us to take a quick snap in the warehouse (on the Android scanners) so we can record what the packaging looks like. This photo then gets displayed on the app when the user is picking - it currently shows a photo of the product itself, but if that product is in a box, then the photo is pretty useless.

Set Date to be Complete ready to pick
We seem to be getting more requests to order an item but delay the delievery so that the customer is available to take the delivery. Customers will often place there order then contact us afterwards. It would be a great feature if we could essentially acknolwedge the order, place it on hold, but add a date on when to release the order to "Complete Ready to Pick". If we know the item will go via Parcelforce 24 hour, we can dispatch it the previous day to meet the customer desired delivery date.

Warning pop-up before leaving Purchase Order
If clicking away from a purchase order, or changing a filter, whilst products are selected in the "add selected products" section of the PO (but not yet added to the PO), a warning pop-up should display to ask the user if they are sure they wish to abandon the current selection.
The team have quite frequently accidentally clicked away from a Purchase Order whilst adding products to it, which has resulted in having to start the PO from scratch.Applying filters before clicking the "Add Selected Products" button with any products selected, also clears the selection and loses those numbers…

Supplier search
It would be great if we could search suppliers in the supplier tab. We have a large amount of suppliers and navigating through pages can become long. Or if they could be added to the Search at the top to quickly navigate that would be great.

Mapping Defaults - Option to toggle default settings for mapping listings
When mapping listings can we have the option to set the default toggles. We are forever deselecting the toggles under 'Copy the following from the listing to the product: Images & Custom Attributes' as these two buttons are set to default as 'Yes' but as we don't want to copy the images and attributes across to these products as a default we have to constantly deselect these before mapping the products.
