Importing Shopify Fraud Analysis - Allow Rules To Set Against These
Shopify's API provides a fraud end point for Storefeeder to pull through, this would be great if Storefeeder could add this as a feature so that we could see any fraud warnings on Storefeeder before sending orders. Ideally set up rules to prevent these being processed automatically and require a manual intervention. Mostly important for higher ticket items/sellers but we've just lost £420 to a chargeback which would have only been spotted had we checked each and every order Shopify pulls through.

Adding in more 'User' level permissions (i.e. Management level)
Could more user level permissions be added. Currently there is only user then admin. But certain tasks within admin give full access to anyone who sits at that level. It would be great to have a management level which allows various permissions to be deselected (from admin level).

Introduce Mac Address Restriction
Introduce Mac Address Restriction. As a company we can not ask staff without a company phone to use 2FA. We have staff members who work remotely, whether that be out on site or shows. Even there we can not rely on IP Address restriction, if the server goes down.

EPOS add customer name instead of person making the order
When taking payment for Goods over a trade counter have the ability to Enter a Name (Customer Name) so they have a personal receipt and we have a record of what item they have purchased.
Currently the username of the person signed into Storefeeder gives no permanent record and some businesses that purchase from the Trade counter require a better solution that us writing their company name on the receipt so they can put through their accounts and reclaim VAT

Auto merge Large Letter and Parcel shipping options.
I have a lot of customers that make separate orders, some are parcel size, some large letter. Currently I need to arrange open orders alphabetically and manually scroll through merging orders from different shipping services. On a monday that could be hundreds of orders which takes forever. It would be useful to have a rule that merges these automatically or at least flag them up so they can be found quickly.

a few helpful widgets on the front page, showing, no parcel size attached to products and duplicate barcodes etc would be helpful.

Bulk Inventory Update and Product Import - automap / closest match relevant fields
Automap or seek the closest match for the header rows when uploading via bulk inventory update or product import/export.
The same functionality exists in CSV Order Import - you click a button to automatically map any matching headers. You still have to confirm that you want to map those headers before starting the CSV order import, and would envisage the same thing here.
For example, in a bulk inventory update, I might have a file with three columns:
SKU
Name
InventorySF requires SKU and Inventory to do a Bulk Inventory Update. Therefore, the system would select those two fields…

BigCommerce - Add "Free Shipping" to listing import/export
The BigCommerce "Free Shipping" product setting can be changed manually on the listing page on StoreFeeder, but unfortunately it is not available in the listing import/export tool.
Please consider adding this to the import/export tool so we can update this setting in bulk.

Intergation with Shift (ex Tuffnells/ Yodel)
As you might be aware Shift bought Tuffnells and recently Yodel
and become one of the major players as the new courier company for UK.Currently the only option to upload the new orders for Shift is through CSV file, which is time consuming.
If there is a way for Shift to become one of the dedicated couriers on SF platform, that would make life easier.
I'm sure there are many SF customers waiting for this feature...

Kit/Bundle Pricing
It is very difficult to fully use the kit/bundle pricing module when the margin has to be fixed within the bundle itself. You should be able to have the option to use the component item margins.
Example.
Item 1 - £1 plus 100% margin (normally 100%) = £2
Item 2 - £1 plus 100% margin (normally 200%) = £2
Total £4 (lost margin is £1)Item 1 - £1 plus 100% margin (normally 100%) = £2
Item 2 - £1 plus 200% margin (normally 200%) = £3

Allow different emails to be used in email settings
Currently we are restricted to using a single 'from' email when setting up email templates in SF. The same email is also used for sending purchase orders.
It would be useful if we could choose which 'from' email is used for sending purchase orders so that when our suppliers reply to us it doesn't go to the wrong inbox.
Currently we use a customer support email for our order emails / templates and replies to these emails go to our customer support team. I don't want replies from my suppliers regarding purchase orders being sent to the same team.

We are just looking to put forward a request which would be very helpful when mapping products.
When we have done new listings which contain various products that have already been created on store feeder we have to map these individually.
For example we have a listing which is all of the white leatherette displays we have in stock. This listing would have close to 90 different products. To map this we have to individually click "do no map" on 89 of the products to map one of these to the correct item. Then repeat 90 times to all items…2 votes -

End special price when inventory drops to specified level
Currently special prices are controlled only by dates. However when we have too much stock on some SKUs, it would be hugely helpful to be able to place products on special price until the stock drops to a specified level, at which point the special price would end.

Item Options - Don't remove from view after dispatch
Personalisation from Etsy and Shopify orders pull through to the 'Item Options' section on each product line on the Order Page. Whilst this is okay as we have added a section on our invoices to display this Item Options information, once the order is dispatched on StoreFeeder this box disappears and you cannot see the info.
We then have to either 'reprint' the invoice to load it and see what details were written, or we have to search for this information directly on Etsy/Shopify. This is time consuming and seems unnecessary.
It would be great if the personalisation was pulled…

Xero Draft Invoice

This is a feature request, it would be good if it was possible to send the order to zero as a draft, or to send individually by request, my issue is that we have to apply discounts, shipping etc and check the prices.
Currently it's a long copy and paste process.
