Get returns information from Amazon FBA
We would like to view the Returns received on the Amazon FBA channel.
As a next step, we would like to create a feed to our ERP similar to orders feed, so we could automatically create Credit notes for the returns.2 votes -
do not map
We are just looking to put forward a request which would be very helpful when mapping products.
When we have done new listings which contain various products that have already been created on store feeder we have to map these individually.
For example we have a listing which is all of the white leatherette displays we have in stock. This listing would have close to 90 different products. To map this we have to individually click "do no map" on 89 of the products to map one of these to the correct item. Then repeat 90 times to all items…2 votes -
I would like MPN as an exportable field on the listing level.

Update order notes using the API
It would be great to be able to use the API function to allow us to update notes on a specific order

End special price when inventory drops to specified level
Currently special prices are controlled only by dates. However when we have too much stock on some SKUs, it would be hugely helpful to be able to place products on special price until the stock drops to a specified level, at which point the special price would end.

Item Options - Don't remove from view after dispatch
Personalisation from Etsy and Shopify orders pull through to the 'Item Options' section on each product line on the Order Page. Whilst this is okay as we have added a section on our invoices to display this Item Options information, once the order is dispatched on StoreFeeder this box disappears and you cannot see the info.
We then have to either 'reprint' the invoice to load it and see what details were written, or we have to search for this information directly on Etsy/Shopify. This is time consuming and seems unnecessary.
It would be great if the personalisation was pulled…

Xero Draft Invoice
Hi
This is a feature request, it would be good if it was possible to send the order to zero as a draft, or to send individually by request, my issue is that we have to apply discounts, shipping etc and check the prices.
Currently it's a long copy and paste process.
Thanks2 votesThis is current in development now. You will be able to choode the status for your orders.

Add EPR and WEEE reporting
For selling into Germany and France, we need to report the amount of packaging and WEEE that we export there. It looks like it's only going to increase and add to the work load for all sellers. Also, if they need evidence, it's much easier to show it from a report rather than my dodgy approximations. :-)
If we could add the fields that we need to each product (e.g. Weight of cardboard packaging, Plastic packaging, wood packaging, etc.), we could simply run a report for each country and timescale, to total the amounts for each type of EPR/WEEE we…

Add your own tokens and live exchange rates for Pricing Profiles
Add your own tokens and live exchange rates for Pricing Profiles. Pricing Profiles is a great feature, until you want to use it to sell stuff abroad. If there was a way of adding live Exchange Rates as a token, this would become a possibility. Exchange Rates are already pulled into SF, so it can't be too difficult to make this available to other features? Whilst there, it would be useful to be able to store custom values as tokens... Postage costs to different international locations for instance.

I'm pleased to tell you that the work to add these services is already underway so we are hoping it should be out in the not to distant future.

Amazon merging control
StoreFeeder recently disabled the ability to merge Amazon orders. We request that this be restored as a user-configurable option.
Proposal
- Allow sellers to enable or disable Amazon order merging.Perhaps have merging disabled by default, and if enabled, maybe a clear disclaimer: 'Enabled at your own risk' or something to that effect.
The likely reason for disabling merging is concern for Amazon account health, specifically Valid Tracking Rate (VTR).
We acknowledge that risk but were able to manage it satisfactorily. Monitoring VTR is straightforward.Advantages
- Merging orders produces tangible savings, especially when orders are smaller, lower-value items.

serial number
It would be useful to allow serial number validation by brand, with configurable expected serial number lengths. For example, Brand A may require a 6-digit serial number, while Brand B may require a 9-digit serial number.
This would help reduce scanning errors by preventing invalid serial numbers from being accepted, such as accidentally scanning a product barcode instead of the serial number. The system could validate the serial number length against the brand-specific requirements and prompt the user if the scanned value does not match the expected format.

Assign Sales / Account Owner to New Customers and Orders
When a new customer or order is created in StoreFeeder, it would be very useful to have an option to assign a specific person/team member as the person who acquired or manages that customer.
For example, each customer or order could have a field such as “Sales Owner”, “Account Manager” or “Customer Acquired By”. This would allow businesses to clearly track which employee brought in the customer, who is responsible for the relationship, and who should handle any follow-up.
This would be especially helpful for companies where multiple salespeople, account managers, or departments are involved. It could also support reporting,…

Display the channel order number on postage labels
Why can't it display the channel order number on Royal Mail postage labels instead of just the storefeeder customer number? We receive orders from multiple platforms and this would help us to identify the platform when posting orders. This is currently available on click & drop which is a Royal Mail service.

Automate Pick Wave Creation Based On Rules
A process that is time consuming and easily automated to save time.
It would be great to have a set of rules based on a rota of staff, shipping rules, opening times and how many times a day to push this (or even better if a picker gets low push some to them). With the addition of manually still being able to create pick waves.
We feel this process should by now be possible to automate as its a daily task that is very unnecessary to manually do eating into valuable time each and every day.

We will be announcing the 1st phase of our pickwave automation at our StoreFeeder Sessions event on May 20th. If you're not yet signed up, don't wait so you can hear about this and lots of other new feature announcements!

Multi-Locations - Add size of pick bin to the options on locations
It would be great to add a feature on pick bins / locations to assign an approximate size, just like zones or levels. Having the ability to give pick bins a small / medium / large / pallet size would be great to assign new products to certain areas based on their size. We could create zones for this but this would remove the option to use zones correctly.

Add clickable feature on Orders page to see which Purchase Orders stock is ordered on
Add clickable feature on the main 'Orders' page to see which Purchase Orders stock is ordered on when on when you hover over the SKU in question. Rather than just seeing 2 on PO and 2 on BO it would be ideal to see clickable PO numbers so we can then assess when these are due in/were ordered.
