Expiry date and batch number tracking functionality
Capability to assign batch numbers and expiry dates to stock and manage inventory on First Expires First Out principle. Batch numbers and expiry dates would then be recorded against shipped orders to provide traceability.

Make it easy to find orders from the same customer but different Channels
NOT TO MERGE ORDERS ON STOREFEEDER AS THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE
Simply to flag orders when in 'Warehouse - Picking - Outstanding orders' when they have identical postcodes but from different channels so we can print these orders and send them together.
We find ourselves on a morning having to filter the outstanding orders by postcode.
We then scroll through and find by eye matching postcodes, we then verify that they are from the same customer but placed on various different channels. We would then dispatch one with postage and the other orders as default shipping and then our picker/packers…

Notes section within each Supplier
A free text "Notes" section within each supplier.
It would allow me to enter data such as:
-Delivery free if orders over £XX (and list delivery costs for orders below this value)
-send POs via email
-place orders on XXX (web address)Some of my suppliers have multiple ordering platforms and which I have to use, depends on the brand I'm ordering...it would be really handy to have a notes section so I can list these details.

Order Notes Images
It would be great if we could upload images to an order notes so that we can save pictures or damages, faults or PODs for continuity of information between staff.

Redownloading of orders from Shopify that are "partially refunded"
If a customer calls and amends their order, ie removes an item or selects a cheaper alternative, we amend the order in Shopify and then process the part refund to the customer within Shopify. All Shopify tasks are then completed.
Just like if we had added items to an order, we then redownload the order in StoreFeeder, which usually works fine, but if an order is "partially refunded" in Shopify, it gets deleted in StoreFeeder (standard when redownloading an order) but doesn't then pull in successfully.
This has resulted in a number of orders not being dispatched on time and…

Increased Pricing Profile Tokens
We think that pricing profiles could benefit from shorter-term metrics such as 'sold in last day'.
The current measures are ok, but most companies would benefit from pricing based on a daily measure.
Thanks

Ability to edit product notes within a Purchase Order
We often receive information from our suppliers about products during the PO creation process, it would be useful as we get updated information to be able to edit the product note directly from the Purchase Order rather than having to click through to the product first, to speed along the process.

Add update button to purchase orders
Add an "update" button to the edit purchase orders screen. It's very annoying that any time we want to update a price on a purchase order we have to click the Save button at the bottom and it saves the PO and takes you back to the list of purchase orders, when in fact what we want to do is save the progress so far and continue editing.

Choose which warehouse sells on what platform
Before moving to Storefeeder we were able to choose which Warehouses sold their stock and on what platforms they did so. They were also ranked in order as to which warehouse sold stock first if there was more than one warehouse fulfilling the same orders. Would something like this work on Storefeeder?
6 votesHi Robin,
the work to add multiple warehose support is underway. This will allow you to limit channels to certain warehouses. Please keep an eye on the updates for it being released.

Orders Page - Display StoreFeeder Product Name
When viewing an order on the 'Orders Page', it currently displays the full Item Title from whichever platform the customer has ordered from, but this often contains keywords and can be quite long.
It would be clearer if we could see the StoreFeeder Product Name here instead

Ability to link Responsible People for GPSR to Brand & Pre-Populate
We noticed with the recent update we can add Responsible People (RP) to our system and then add these to products, however, as typically brands are linked to one person is there a way to link these so when a brand is selected for a product then a RP is also selected (with toggle to turn on or off)

Scan a case barcode for despatch.
I sell lots of items which come in case packs (6, 12, 18 units per case). Because I also sell the items in singles I have to have a single product which means the only way to despatch cases at the moment is to enter the quantity in the case before scanning the case or single product barcode.
It would be so much better if a case barcode can be entered, and that Store Feeder knows the case barcode is for the 6, 12 or 18 units mentioned above.
Does anyone else have a solution to despatching cases by scanning…

Scan location - make skus in order
When you scan a location on the app, it brings up all the skus in that location. However, it doesn't bring the products up in sku order.
We have some small items that are stored in sku order inside a box that's allocated to a single location. When working at location level, it's hard to find the item you want to work on on the scanner, as it's not in any particular order.

Import Product Metafield data from Shopify
Many of our products are utilising product metafields in Shopify (e.g. electrical equipment with lots of detailed specification)
We need this data to be imported from Shopify to Storefeeder and also have the ability to export to other Shopify shops
We would like Storefeeder to be one centralised product database (a single version of the truth) for our products, but it's not capable of this currently

Pick from bulk location when someone orders a full box quantity or more than we have in the pickbin
Currently if we take a large order for a product, it will empty the pickbin and then take the picker to the bulk location. It would be neater for the picker if they just took all the product from the bulk location or at least got them to retreive full box quantities from the bulk location.
5 votesHi,
thanks for your suggestion. This is something we have already talked about implementing as an option of your warehouse and/or pickwave creation.
There are no timescales for this work as yet.

Suggested Stock Transfers from Pick Bins to Bulk Locations
It would be good if suggested stock transfers could work in reverse allowing Bulk Locations to be filled from Pickbins. Our Pickbins serve our online orders well but we use Bulk Locations in our retail unit. We are finding it hard to keep track of restocking these in Storefeeder when items sell through our shop as there are no reports or suggestions of items that sell out of specific bulk locations.

thats not something in our plans so we will leave this for another month to gain more votes before we make a decision on this.

Add 'Ship by Date' to the Orders Page
Please can we add the 'Ship By Date' as a filterable column on the manage orders page to allow this priority to be shown without having to go into the orders and also see assigned orders. Thanks.

Include cut off times to the Ship By Date feature
Amazon currently pulls through a Ship By date for all orders. It knows that our cut off point is 3pm, so any orders placed before then will be shown to ship today, and any orders after are shown to ship tomorrow. It also takes into account our weekend opening times and bank holidays too.
Whilst the new Ship By date on StoreFeeder is useful, I think it needs to be filtered by time and day of the week too in order to provide accurate Ship By dates as we currently cannot use it.
It would be good if we could…
