Pick multiple waves at once
The idea is for one picker to pick multiple waves on one trip around the warehouse. It would apply the same principle as trolley / consolidated picking to a larger volume of orders - instead of splitting one wave into smaller groups (or individual orders) ready for picking, you split a large volume of orders into smaller, standard waves ready for packing.
For example:
I have 150 orders to pick.
I split them into three waves of 50.
All three waves are assigned to one picker on one 'trolley' (terminology TBC), and are 'merged' for picking.
I place three totes…3 votes -
Kit/Bundle Pricing
It is very difficult to fully use the kit/bundle pricing module when the margin has to be fixed within the bundle itself. You should be able to have the option to use the component item margins.
Example.
Item 1 - £1 plus 100% margin (normally 100%) = £2
Item 2 - £1 plus 100% margin (normally 200%) = £2
Total £4 (lost margin is £1)Item 1 - £1 plus 100% margin (normally 100%) = £2
Item 2 - £1 plus 200% margin (normally 200%) = £3
Total £5 (full margin is achieved)Discounts for bundling can still then be…

Allow different emails to be used in email settings
Currently we are restricted to using a single 'from' email when setting up email templates in SF. The same email is also used for sending purchase orders.
It would be useful if we could choose which 'from' email is used for sending purchase orders so that when our suppliers reply to us it doesn't go to the wrong inbox.
Currently we use a customer support email for our order emails / templates and replies to these emails go to our customer support team. I don't want replies from my suppliers regarding purchase orders being sent to the same team.
It…

Shipping rules to include dimensions
It would be great to overhaul the shipping rule system. Firstly the rule engine to be more powerful to allow extra filters such as volume and product dimensions.
Also to allows to be switched on and off based on time. An example being a rule to allow priority orders to be assigned to a specific shipping method upto a certain time and then switch to another after the time to allow for courier collection times.

Allow Min and Max levels for each warehouse for the same product to then appear in requisitions
This would allow us to control stock held in multiple warehouses that have different selling patterns

Pricing Profile for RRPs
same to profile pricing for listing prices, the same for RRPs would be great when RRP prices change, there is no need to update all channels individually and manually.
Thanks, Sam

PalletForce Integration
Would a PalletForce integration be considered for storefeeder, or through patchworks? This is the only courier we have manual integrations with and would also update orders when dispatched with pallet tracking numbers.

Get returns information from Amazon FBA
We would like to view the Returns received on the Amazon FBA channel.
As a next step, we would like to create a feed to our ERP similar to orders feed, so we could automatically create Credit notes for the returns.2 votes -
Email returns template
An email returns template for return labels being sent via email would be great.

Bring picker productivity back
Hi, it would be nice to have the picker productivity report working for non PDA users.
It seems since you have launched the PDA app the picker productivity report only shows our PDA user (which does not pick, only does deliveries)2 votes -
Default Custom Attributes
Please can we have the feature to have custom attributes preselected from a drop down. For example, instead of having to type in 'Green' for the Product Colour attribute, we can have a dropdown option of preset colours, please look at ticket 51608 for more information

Add "days out of stock" between date range report
It would be useful to be able to see the number of days between a specified date range, that a product was out of stock/had 0 inventory, via an exportable report for all SKUs.
8 votesThanks for your suggestion
We are close to a new method of reporting and this will be included in the first batch of reports available.
Please keep an eye out for the near future.
Thanks,

eBay Default Values Templates - Bulk Import/Export & Duplicate Option
When using StoreFeeder's "eBay Default Values" to bulk upload new listings to eBay, it would be handy if "New Default Values" had the option to bulk import/export via CSV, or have the option to copy/duplicate an existing template, and then rename and edit it.
This would generally speed up the whole eBay listing process when using multiple categories and shipping options.

HS codes for kits.
I sell a lot of 'kits' on Shopify. In StoreFeeder, these kits have component products set against them for stock take purposes. However, when I ship a kit the CN22/23 lists every component rather than just the kit. I have HS codes from HMRC for these kits so don't need each product listed, which can be very lengthy and also cost my customer more.
Please consider the ability to use a kit HS code.

this is something we are looking at internally.
I'll leave this open for another 30 days to get it discussed and will update.
Thanks

Barcode scan pre-despatch
Utilise the barcode scanning despatch to pre-despatch.
We deal with many pre-orders, with waves packed in advance of the release date. We'd love the option to use the barcode scanning despatch to pre-despatch an order. This would enhance our accuracy and therefore service. We've found that it's the one gap in an otherwise highly accurate system.
This could perhaps be done as an account-locked toggle - default to 'despatch', but with an option to 'pre-despatch', perhaps as an additional checkpoint at wave creation.

Exchange - retain channel order ID
Retain the channel order ID when processing an exchange.
We generally need the channel order ID to identify an order in our customer service.
As it stands, my options are to either exchange the order and lose the channel order ID, or to return and clone the initial order. This can be inefficient for orders on many units/SKUs.
Offering an option when clicking 'exchange' in an order to retain or delete the channel order ID could be suitable.

Block certain users from manually reducing stock quantities
There are some users whom I wish to give access to products, but whom I do not wish to be able to manually reduce stock quantites, either on the product page itself or on the Bulk Inventory Update page.
Even in the case of warehouse staff, who regularly do stock-takes, I would like to have the option of blocking their ability to manually reduce a quantity.
An advanced feature would be to have any stock amendments by certain users (additions or subtractions) having to be 'approved' by an admin user...
12 votesWe are currently adding more permissions into StoreFeeder and one on the list is blocking the ability to be able to perform inventory updates\adjustments.
If you are performing stock takes on the app this should be unaffected as stock takes have to be approved before any adjustments are made.
Thanks,

Being able to split kit components into multiple orders
I sell a lot of kits which are made up of multiple components. For example a boat cleaning kit, with 10 items weighing 7kg. Or 4 items weighing 2.5kg.
To send this via Royal Mail internationally I need to split some components into a new order. The system doesn't currently allow this though because it's a kit.
This means I have to manually delete each item of the order, and then manually add each item back onto the order and allocate the correct price to it. It's really slow and faffy not being able to use the "split into new…

Stop Quarantined Locations Showing on Pickwave Creation Page Filters
Orders with an item that is in a quarantined location will still show up on the filters when we filter for specific zones.
Scenario: Our warehouse is broken down into 3 different areas, with a different team working on each area. We create pickwaves throughout the day for each area to keep them moving. In the filters we select 3 zones (which are in effect 1 area in the warehouse), with the hope of seeing how many orders will potentially be in a new pickwave for those zones. Of the orders that show up are orders for products that exist…
