Introduce the option to include pricing on EAN labels
The software currently allows SKU and product names to be included on EAN labels when printed. We propose adding an option to include the product price on these labels as well. This feature would make the labels more versatile, allowing them to be used on shelf fronts in physical stores and enhancing convenience for EPOS system users who rely on clear, visible pricing for products.

Batch Number tracking
Introduce functionality within the app to input batch numbers at the point of inbound delivery.
Further, introduce the ability within the app and web-based site to view real-time stock availability by batch, and allocate specific batch numbers to orders (e.g., 3 units from Batch A for order 1, 2 units from Batch B for order 2). Currently, there could be instances where batch numbers are mixed between the orders - we also propose the forced tracking confirmation at the point of picking and despatch to ensure the correct batch number can be traced from inbound, to stock location, to order…

Consider Integrating With A2X Accountancy Software For Automated Product Cost Syncing
We use A2X to manage our marketplace payouts so they filter into the correct accounts automatically. They recently linked with another competitor to sync cost of each SKU. We wondered if this would be considered so our COGS could be automatically synced with cost prices in Storefeeder?

Scan a case barcode for despatch.
I sell lots of items which come in case packs (6, 12, 18 units per case). Because I also sell the items in singles I have to have a single product which means the only way to despatch cases at the moment is to enter the quantity in the case before scanning the case or single product barcode.
It would be so much better if a case barcode can be entered, and that Store Feeder knows the case barcode is for the 6, 12 or 18 units mentioned above.
Does anyone else have a solution to despatching cases by scanning…

Display Internal Notes On Orders Overview Page
We use the pending orders section/pre-despatch. It would be great if our customer service team could see the internal notes section on an order on the main orders overview page. We tend to use this Notes section to make notes of emails sent, expected restock dates for backorders and any other important order information. Customer 'Special Instructions' seem to show up under the Notes filter instead of internal order notes.

Improving Etsy integration to include categories and other listing updates
Adding further options with the Etsy integration so that more can be done through Storefeeder would be great. We are trying to update categories in bulk but there is currently no way to do this on Etsy or Storefeeder.
Adding in a greater depth of integration between SF and Etsy would be really useful as Etsy grows.

Redownloading of orders from Shopify that are "partially refunded"
If a customer calls and amends their order, ie removes an item or selects a cheaper alternative, we amend the order in Shopify and then process the part refund to the customer within Shopify. All Shopify tasks are then completed.
Just like if we had added items to an order, we then redownload the order in StoreFeeder, which usually works fine, but if an order is "partially refunded" in Shopify, it gets deleted in StoreFeeder (standard when redownloading an order) but doesn't then pull in successfully.
This has resulted in a number of orders not being dispatched on time and…

Merge Orders from Different Sales Channels
We should be able to choose how we want to merge the orders.
Currently, Store Feeder says "The orders must also be from the
Same channel
Use the same shipping method
Have the same order statusMaybe there can be a toggle that we can switch on/off. For example; We want the system to merge orders from different sales channels. Or from different shipping methods.
It is not possible at the moment.15 voteswe will speak about this, as we would need to ensure the promised delivery dates are not missed amongst other considerations which doesn;t make this as easy as it sounds

Improving Deletion Of Amazon/Etsy Listings From Storefeeder
We find it really longwinded to have to go into Amazon to delete an order, then Amazon.be etc to delete the same SKU/ASIN. We then have to redownload the SKU for it to unmap / disappear and then redownload again to clear it when it comes back in (due to time lags)
We can delete these easily from Storefeeder and eBay in one click

Photos of product packaging on picking app
I'd love to be able to set a "product packaging photo" via the app, which will allow us to take a quick snap in the warehouse (on the Android scanners) so we can record what the packaging looks like. This photo then gets displayed on the app when the user is picking - it currently shows a photo of the product itself, but if that product is in a box, then the photo is pretty useless.
This could be something that's done as part of the booking in process, where it notifies the user that no product packaging photo exists,…

Inventory Feeds
Would a feature be possible where as a user - we can build our own live product feeds where we could include standard and custom attributes (depending on user setup) so that we can give the URL to suppliers/customers for inventory feeds or other information. Quite often people require different formats and so it would be useful if we could create a feed - select format (CSV/XLSX) and when the user navigates to the URL - it gives returns them the file? Or even the ability to have it in XML so it is always live?

Warning pop-up before leaving Purchase Order
If clicking away from a purchase order, or changing a filter, whilst products are selected in the "add selected products" section of the PO (but not yet added to the PO), a warning pop-up should display to ask the user if they are sure they wish to abandon the current selection.
The team have quite frequently accidentally clicked away from a Purchase Order whilst adding products to it, which has resulted in having to start the PO from scratch.Applying filters before clicking the "Add Selected Products" button with any products selected, also clears the selection and loses those numbers…

Supplier search
It would be great if we could search suppliers in the supplier tab. We have a large amount of suppliers and navigating through pages can become long. Or if they could be added to the Search at the top to quickly navigate that would be great.

Mapping Defaults - Option to toggle default settings for mapping listings
When mapping listings can we have the option to set the default toggles. We are forever deselecting the toggles under 'Copy the following from the listing to the product: Images & Custom Attributes' as these two buttons are set to default as 'Yes' but as we don't want to copy the images and attributes across to these products as a default we have to constantly deselect these before mapping the products.

Product Age 3+ For example
Some items have a set age range. Example 3+. It would be good if we could store this information online in Storefeeder.

Increased Pricing Profile Tokens
We think that pricing profiles could benefit from shorter-term metrics such as 'sold in last day'.
The current measures are ok, but most companies would benefit from pricing based on a daily measure.
Thanks

Default picker
It would be handy if there could be a default picker setting, this would speed up creating pickwaves as it takes away the step of selecting a picker everytime an order is despatched. Or perhaps it could have the last picker as the selected picker for the next batch of pickwaves? That way it only needs to be changed / clicked if the picker changes.
