  1. Product Categorisation On The Outstanding Orders Page

    Currently there is not an option for a filter to pick categorised products. For example if you wanted to select anything that is only Plastic or Inner tubes you can only search via the "Product SKU" however if anything within a system title has the word "Plastic" it could bring anything relevant to that keyword up. Am sure many sellers would benefit from being able to properly Categorise their product and surely this will help with the pick and pack stages.

  2. Discontinue Product

    Option to add a discontinue marker next to variants within a product, I know this has been suggested before but archiving a product will not work, as a product line may continue but colours may change

  3. Automatically allow Irish addresses with no postcode

    When we scan orders from Ireland, if there is no postcode we get an error and have been told just to put a '-' in.
    Fine for one or two orders, but when you have 100's of them it get's a little annoying.
    Could we change the Royal Mail integration so that if it's an order for Ireland, then no postcode is allowable.

    Hi, would be great to add a Big Cartel integration. Does not have to be much, but a way of receiving orders and dispatching them through SF would be good. Many be basic pricing control as well

  6. Add "Sold all time" field to product export

    It would be useful to be able to see the total quantity that has ever been sold of an item, currently the maximum time range on the product export is 365 days but for older items this isn't enough to give the full picture.

  7. The ability to filter by note content

    It would be beneficial if there was a tab where we could type and filter by note field. Where we currently only see an image showing whether or not there is a note on the order.

    For example, "Item returned as arrived damaged"

    We could filter by SKU and damaged in the note, and see how many of that product are getting damaged in transit and maybe reassess packaging.

  9. Bulk Shipping Rule

    I think it would be helpful to be able to download the shipping rules into a CSV file, so we can bulk edit them and upload to StoreFeeder. This would save a lot of time when adding or changing new postage options.

  10. Returns - Order Notes Update Image / Video upload

    Track returns better

    Return form generated by customers order giving barcode on address label the customer has to put on return item, barcode scanned via warehouse app on the package when it is received so when the customer returns it the return is automatically set to return received and the customer notified.

    Allow the returns department to take photos / videos of product return so everything is centralised for customer service to contact customers. Basically updating the current order notes section to have images / video that we can then send onto customers.

  11. Control of inventory updates at an individual listing level

    This mainly applies to selling on Amazon.

    Currently, inventory updates can only be switched on or off for all listings on the entire channel. I have come across a situation where I may only want updates for specific listings on a particular channel but not on others.

    Like many other sellers we now use Amazon's "Build International Listings" function to automatically push out offers from our UK (master) account to our EU accounts.   12. Replacement for ON HOLD and add 'Unallocate stock due to error' button to reset stock values/pending

    We find we are adjusting stock when we despatch orders and we can't locate the stock or part stock is faulty. What we find is orders get despatched, we then have to delete the postage consignment and manually update the product quantity to a minus and place the order on hold.

    Now we were wondering if an option to unallocate stock due to error could be added where the quantity/stock would be removed from an order and the order status would then go to 'Pending' but the stock not be added back into stock. Also if stock were displaying 10…

  14. More decimal places for supplier costs

    Could we get 4 decimal places for supplier prices? Quite a lot of time our purchase order totals don't match invoices due to not being able to enter more prices to 4 decimal places.

    Thanks for your suggestion. We do not currently have any plans to change this, as it would require large changes to the way we handle prices across the site. However, we do recognise the importance of this feature, and so I’ll pass it to our developers for consideration.

  15. Button to manually add "Priority" tag within orders view

    It would be very useful to be able to add the "Priority" tag to an order via the orders view on storefeeder. I know we can do this automatically via shipping rules which is very useful, but it would be really good to be able to add it to orders where necessary.

  16. Bluepark Additions formatted like Shopify line items

    At the moment orders in storefeeder which originate in bluepark, import the additions from bluepark as expected, but there is no formating within storefeeder, so they are impossible to read, meaning we cannot use storefeeder to fully process orders, as we cannot read the order information correctly.

  17. Discount by percentage on customer MOTO orders

    It would be really great to have a 'percentage' discount option on the MOTO order page, so we can discount products, or the whole order, by any percentage we like (at the moment there is only the option to discount by value in pounds)

  19. Different coloured 'Attention Required' flags in the pickwave.

    These would allow us to easily disregard our prioritise certain orders in the pickwave without having to click in to each order or hover over the current red only flag to see what that flag means.

  20. Adjustments report

    Would be good to be able to see the stock location transfers that have been made on this report also as well as manual adjustments and deliveries, would help to sort by date and see changes made by staff.
