Make it easy to find orders from the same customer but different Channels
NOT TO MERGE ORDERS ON STOREFEEDER AS THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE
Simply to flag orders when in 'Warehouse - Picking - Outstanding orders' when they have identical postcodes but from different channels so we can print these orders and send them together.
We find ourselves on a morning having to filter the outstanding orders by postcode.
We then scroll through and find by eye matching postcodes, we then verify that they are from the same customer but placed on various different channels.We would then dispatch one with postage and the other orders as default shipping and then our picker/packers…

Est. Remaining Stock Duration - in more places than just the home screen
I love the new feature on the home page which shows Est. Remaining Stock Duration in days. It would be even better if this can be added to the "products" tab / screen so that it can be shown and sorted for all products.
It only shows days left for 10 products at the moment.

Notes section within each Supplier
A free text "Notes" section within each supplier.
It would allow me to enter data such as:
-Delivery free if orders over £XX (and list delivery costs for orders below this value)
-send POs via email
-place orders on XXX (web address)Some of my suppliers have multiple ordering platforms and which I have to use, depends on the brand I'm ordering...it would be really handy to have a notes section so I can list these details.

Include cut off times to the Ship By Date feature
Amazon currently pulls through a Ship By date for all orders. It knows that our cut off point is 3pm, so any orders placed before then will be shown to ship today, and any orders after are shown to ship tomorrow. It also takes into account our weekend opening times and bank holidays too.
Whilst the new Ship By date on StoreFeeder is useful, I think it needs to be filtered by time and day of the week too in order to provide accurate Ship By dates as we currently cannot use it.

Orders Page - Display StoreFeeder Product Name
When viewing an order on the 'Orders Page', it currently displays the full Item Title from whichever platform the customer has ordered from, but this often contains keywords and can be quite long.
It would be clearer if we could see the StoreFeeder Product Name here instead

Add Feature To Show Restock Dates On Out Of Stock Products
Would be great if there was a feature/area where we could add restock dates for products that are OOS. Ideally in the supplier details section against a specific supplier. This would be helpful for customer services too.

Bulk Upload
We've started using the bulk upload feature to upload Shopify listings, and it's been a huge time-saver. However, the current upload only includes SKU, name, and price, which leaves out some key fields we need, such as Shopify Tags, Product Type, Description, and Meta Title. Is it possible to add these fields to the Bulk Upload page? If not, I'll need to import this data through the bulk export/import method.

Ability to link Responsible People for GPSR to Brand & Pre-Populate
We noticed with the recent update we can add Responsible People (RP) to our system and then add these to products, however, as typically brands are linked to one person is there a way to link these so when a brand is selected for a product then a RP is also selected (with toggle to turn on or off)

Create order rules
When certain orders meet a criteria then actions are taken.
Example: a customer spends over £20, a free item is added onto their order.
A customer chooses priority shipping, a certain packaging type is selected.
A customer buys a new product which is running a promotion that a free gift will be included.4 votesThis idea is already being planned on as part of our "business rules" project.

Ability to amend Item Options for Kit Products
We sell a lot of personalised items on various platforms, but they are displayed differently by each platform. For example, eBay details comes through to the Special Instructions but Amazon and Etsy personalisation comes through to the Item Options section on the Orders Page. This then prints out onto our invoice, which is what we want

Ability to drag and drop product variations into different sort order
Sometimes we get a Small, Medium only in a specific colour and we get the Large or XLarge at a later date.
It would be great to have a feature where we can drag variations into a different sort order. This way we can keep all the sizes and colours together, this makes it so much easier when updating stock, rather than looking through everything being jumbled up.10 votes -
Adding related products feature to product
It would be handy if there could be a feature where we can link products to related products (i.e. if a certain product is needed to make something or complements another product but are sold separately then they could be linked within Storefeeder). This would be very handy for using on Shopify as otherwise we have to create a separate list of related products when this could be done in one hit on Storefeeder ready to download and add to Shopify.

Create an export image URL token for customisation images.
When a customer uploads their image for a custom design on amazon it is impossible to also download the image URL from StoreFeeder. This leads to a long and tedious process of going into amazon and downloading the image manually.

FIX 'Order Status' issue when sending exchange/replacement as it changes from 'dispatched' to 'delivery exception'
We have noticed that when we action a replacement\exchange on Storefeeder the status of the original order changes from 'dispatched' to 'delivery exception'. Ultimately this clogs up this section and requires more manual work to fix. Ideally we would love it to actually use the reason which was selected from the drop down menu when creating the replacement order i.e. not received, faulty, incorrect item sent etc. That way we would clearly be able to see a difference between the orders we can ignore and the ones we would need to look into.

Ability to upload a product video or YouTube URL Link For Shopify Product
Can we have the ability to upload product videos or have the option to input a youtube video url when uploading a product to shopify.
This option is available within Shopify directly and it would be great to be able to do this in Storefeeder rather than having to add this after in Shopify.8 votes -
Drag and Drop Image functionality for Shopify and other listings
Can we have a function that would allow the drag and dropping of images when creating listings within Storefeeder.
When creating a shopify listing with lots of images and it very time consuming to arrange the order of the images by inputting a sort number.

Refunds on SF
I hope this is in the works already, this cannot come quickly enough.
Ability to refund the transaction on SF for ebay, Amazon & other channels.
Also, the ability to mark the order in SF as "Being Returned" automatically, as Amazon provides refunds on the first scan most of the time, so would be nice to see what has been returned and not. The same process on ebay when a return is opened as well would be good.

Show Variants on App
See variants on the app, currently, it is impossible to see, we would ideally like to do stock counts on the app, but as they are all individual it is impossible to do this.
There is no problem if the item is there and we are up/over on stock, however, the problem arises if the item is not there and you cannot check the stock.
