Limit shipping methods that show when creating a MOTO order
When creating a MOTO order, the dropdown list for shipping methods shows ALL shipping methods available on our account. We generally only use around 5 of these, so it would be good if we could limit the ones that show in the list to just those ones. We don't want to remove all the methods that we don't currently use from our account in case we need them again another time.

We are looking at implementing this.
Phase 1 is likely to be limiting domestic shipping methods to UK orders and vice versa. We will then look to follow up with being able to have favourite shipping methods at the top of the list so you can easily pick the ones you need to.

Add note to pickwave when order is removed from a pickwave
Currently if an order is removed from a pickwave a message pops up on the scanner at the end of the pickers wave to say that an item has been removed, however it doesn't go anywhere else.
It would be useful if this note was also added to the pickwave notes on the pickwave screen
The reason for this is that the picker may have finished the pickwave before the item is removed, therefore they never see the note. If it's added to the notes on the pickwave as well then at least the packer knows why they have something…

Seeing Back Order / Oversold quantities filter/column on Deliveries Page
We often use the oversell feature but find we can get caught short when suppliers unexpectedly run out, leading to a number of pending orders where we have to monitor manually if the product is coming back in. Could an additional column be added to the Deliveries page where we can see the number of orders/quantity of product on Back Order for that particular SKU? That way when you are writing a line off you could see that there are orders that need addressing for that SKU as the stock will not be coming back in soon.

Can StoreFeeder generate my royal mail labels through ebay?
When I look at generating my royal mail labels through ebay I get a better price than I do buying with my royal mail directly.
Like with amazon buy shipping would there be any way that StoreFeeder could link into eBay so that I can generate my labels through ebay to pay the lesser amount?1 vote -
The ability to have multiple parcel types within one consignment
For example with DX I can send a pouch, box or length. Within DX's portal I can create multi parcel consignments using a mixture of parcel types (ie 1 x box & 1 x length) but can not do this within StoreFeeder as all parcel types must be the same. The downside of this is we get charged more.

Reordering the search bar results show 'newest to oldest'
The search bar is great for finding results quickly, however when I search for customer names it displays the oldest order at the top first.
When the customer has a lot of orders, I always have to click into 'View All' on the orders to take me to the order page, in order to see the most recent order.
It would be helpful if the results could be reordered with the most recent order at the top, as this is usually the result I am looking for (for example if customers call up asking about an order they placed, it…

Sales reports that capture the cost price at the time of purchase
I run sales reports to calculate profit but the report I download only captures the cost price at the time of the download and not at the time of the purchase. Our prices fluctuate weekly depending on our suppliers, this prevents me from getting an accurate profit margin on each line.

File Support for Webp formats for better SEO Site Speeds
New Webp image formats are faster than jpg / jpeg / png files and we are all trying to improve our website SEO but at present Storefeeder does not support these files.

End special price when inventory drops to specified level
Currently special prices are controlled only by dates. However when we have too much stock on some SKUs, it would be hugely helpful to be able to place products on special price until the stock drops to a specified level, at which point the special price would end.

When Average Cost updates on 0 Inventory Lines, take Tax Status into account
The average cost fields update automatically when an item has 0 inventory, and the priority supplier cost is updated. This sets both the Avg cost (ex VAT) and Avg cost (incl VAT) to match that supplier cost.
Since the supplier cost we enter is exclusive of VAT, we'd want the system to look at the Tax Status field for that product, decide whether to add on a % for VAT and then use that as the Avg cost (incl VAT).

Include the PSA field within the ordered products section of a purchase order
The PSA field is extremely important to our business when making purchasing decisions, however when a product is added to a purchase order it is no longer visible in the ordered product section. Adding this here would make our processes a lot more efficient.

Item Options - Don't remove from view after dispatch
Personalisation from Etsy and Shopify orders pull through to the 'Item Options' section on each product line on the Order Page. Whilst this is okay as we have added a section on our invoices to display this Item Options information, once the order is dispatched on StoreFeeder this box disappears and you cannot see the info.
We then have to either 'reprint' the invoice to load it and see what details were written, or we have to search for this information directly on Etsy/Shopify. This is time consuming and seems unnecessary.
It would be great if the personalisation was pulled…

Consistency in Gross vs Net application
Orders within storefeeder display the goods subtotal net of VAT and have a separate line for the Vat called “Lines total tax”
However the line for “shipping costs” are Gross (inclusive of VAT)
There is a separate line for the shipping tax.
Could the “Shipping costs” be made to show the net figure? like the goods currently are1 vote -
Option to export order information in .csv or .txt formats
We would like the option to export order information from StoreFeeder in either .csv or .txt formats, rather than the default Excel (.xlsx) format.
The Excel version can apply unnecessary formatting to certain fields, which can cause issues when processing through our back office systems.
An example would be Scottish flat addresses where customers enter the numbers as "19/4", and then Excel defaults this into a date format.
.csv or .txt file formats would not add any unnecessary formatting and preserve the original order data.

Partial Refund Shipping
We would like there to be an option in the 'returns' section on Storefeeder where we can partially refund shipping on the order so it matches our database exactly. At the moment there is just an option to refund the shipping in full or not at all, it would be helpful if we could partially refund this.

User Permissions to Disable Text Input on Barcode Dispatch page for New Staff
We seem to have a recurring problem with new staff thinking they know better , and they "copy and paste" product skus or barcodes into the input box on the barcode dispatch page rather than scanning the products barcode. This can result in wrong products being dispatched.
If this was an option we can turn on per user, then we can ensure that only the experience staff / team leaders can do this. In the event that the new staff member has a product that doesn't have a barcode on it or that can't be scanned, then the team leader…
