Import/Export Shipping Rules
It would be helpful to be able to export and import shipping rules so they could be updated and worked on in excel.
We have a large number of shipping rules due to various services/destinations/product ranges and to manage the shipping rules in the interface can sometimes get confusing when you are limited to working on one at a time.

Bulk Shipping Rule
I think it would be helpful to be able to download the shipping rules into a CSV file, so we can bulk edit them and upload to StoreFeeder. This would save a lot of time when adding or changing new postage options.

Different coloured 'Attention Required' flags in the pickwave.
These would allow us to easily disregard our prioritise certain orders in the pickwave without having to click in to each order or hover over the current red only flag to see what that flag means.

Ability to add safe place instructions to RM Tracked 24 & 48 Labels
As one of the benefits of using RM Tracked it that you can insert customer safe place options it would be good to be able to do this automatically when creating RM labels.

Shipping Rules - Packaging Size Improvement
Currently when creating Shipping Rules, if you want to assign a Packaging Size to that rule you can either add All Sizes or one specific size (e.g. Small Parcel).
What I am hoping could be developed, is the option to select multiple packaging sizes, but without selecting all. e.g. I could choose Letter, Large Letter and Small Parcel, but leave the remainder unselected. This is especially useful for any customers who ship with Royal Mail internationally, where lightweight but large items can cause issues with shipping rules and shipping mapping.

Merge Orders when an invoice has uploaded to accounts like Xero
If you have order set to upload to accounts systems like Xero once an invoice has been uploaded you cannot merge orders.
Makes no sense when shipping an order it has no financial impact so why block the merge? Also if you redownload the orders they merge but why create extra clicks when a simple merge would achieve same thing.

Despatch mode / configuration, sort paperwork by country
In the Despatch Mode section of the shipping configuration, the dropdowns currently offer the options to sort paperwork by SKU, order ID, shipping method etc. Would it be possible to add 'sort by country' as an option? This'll make our packing and despatch prep easier.

VAT On Shipping Token
As per ticket no #11210
It seems that you do not hold a token holding the VAT rate charged on delivery charges.
Without this you can not generate a complete VAT invoice - So I propose you have this added into the DB then onto the invoice template

Import eBay Postage Tables
Now that Royal Mail is charging such varying amounts for different overseas destinations, it would be great to be able to import/export the eBay postage rate tables that are set up within the integration, rather than having to manually set up or change them there.
It would also be good if these tables could be changed and then the rate updated on all products (perhaps by pressing a button), rather than having to export all eBay listings to a document and update this way.

Packaging inventory tracking
In the settings area under packaging sizes, where you log packaging weight and height, have an inventory box so you can enter an inventory against all the different packaging sizes used. This will help customers know when they are running low on a certain sizes. Would be super helpful!

Shipping cost added to product page
If this was added to the product page this shipping cost could then be attributed as a token when using the pricing profiles feature.
Currently on pricing profiles we have no way of pricing a product dynamically as the shipping cost has to be a fixed manual amount, if this was stored within the product we'd be able to have one pricing profile - this would enable us to then create different profiles to flex margins etc
