The ability to input actual date when manually changing status to "Despatched". If we manually update the status, it could be several days later or after the weekend. Setting to current date is not always accurate.2 votes
Hi, for some reason lately on the dispatch order/Pickwave page - (https://my.storefeeder.com/WarehouseV2/DispatchImport.aspx) not all labels print out they scan correctly however the pop up box just appears for 1-2 seconds and then disappears but looking on the order page it actually dispatches the order it is very strange indeed. all other labels work perfect (only around 5-10% don't print off) other orders/label works just fine. it is very odd and is very annoying. All Silent print setting are set up correctly on our end 100%.

once an order is in Storefeeder the actual order automatically gets sent to the supplier individually, or at the end of the day in a batch in a selected file format (CSV,PDF,FTP,email etc). As it is very manual doing it one at a time.

It will be useful if you can have a FULL postcode list , when ALL is ticked in regions setting page,
this will make it a lot easier to find individual postcodes to add / remove from a region1 vote
The ability to be able to generate Royal Mail Tracked Returns from within SF.
This functionality is already available from RM when added to your Despatch Manager Online account.
This is a fully tracked returns solution. When a returns request is generated on system we would be able to print a returns label, or our customer could receive a link from us to access the RM online portal, they would then be able to print their own return labels if required.
Tracked Returns would have to be added to Despatch Manager Online account for this service to be available.9 votes

Have a direct integration with Securedmail to print labels from storefeeder,
The API is DocketHub
Weights do not offer the same flexibility as an item count when say you want upgrade shipping to signed for or expedited/courier service.
750g may easily be 1 product or 10.
being able to define rules based on an item count per order would be a great help, because you could make logic something like:
min 5 max 100 then send signed for OR send via next day UPS.1 vote
Really need the option on shipping to calculate number of shipping labels based solely on overall order weight.
order is 25kg = 1 shipping label. 1 of 1.
order is 50kg = 2 shipping labels. 1 & 2 of 2.
If there's a way to do this already please point me in the right direction.
On ebay, we have different channel shipping methods, which could mean the same thing. E.g. Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail First Class or DPD next day, Other 24hr Courier, Courier etc. At the moment we have to create separate rules for each of these different methods, and obviously when one changes, its not always guaranteed people will remember to update the clone of it.
If we could select all the channel shipping methods, applicable to the rule, it would be much easier than creating multiple rules for each method.3 votes
Royal Mail are about to offer Delivery Confirmation on their Standard parcels. Storefeeder have already changed invoices to show the 2D barcode needed. To use this we need to know the tracking number to query with Royal Mail. Please could this be imported into the Tracking Number on the order.6 votes
Business using courier services (such as Royal Mail Tracked) may be charged based on the average weight of a shipment. If we could see the average weight of each shipping method within a pickwave this would allow us to make adjustment if necessary.
Average weight = total weight of packages / total no. of packages3 votes
It would be great if you add auto created shipping regions such as UK Main Land, Wales, Scotland, Highlands Etc, as for us DPD charge extra for Highlands etc and everything that does get order just goes on a Royal Mail 24 service instead.

... so that same day orders can be seen without going to channel. For instance with next day deliveries before 2pm some orders need to be shipped on the same day as the order. Also, it would be great to have a button on the dashboard to show how many EDDs are left for today.7 votes
