Ability to speed up orders coming through from channel
The ability to pull orders through quicker during operating hours as some orders take over 30 mins to reach store feeder this means we have to reduce our courier cut off times to allow the warehouse to pick and pack before collection
It would be good be able to manually pull orders from channel or speed up the sync process for woocommerce
We have done all the improvements we can for now. We are implementing webhooks in teh future to bring in orders as they become available. This will be limited to channels that support it

In addition to this are local collection and POS orders. We don't use Storefeeder for the POS as it doesn't feed back to the website fast enough. so we use shopify POS as tis deducts stock from the website immediatley. However, we have to then wait for the order to come through which can take a while for that to then deduct from other channels.
We also do trade counter item, i.e the product isn't on the shopfloor, it's in high storage. but because we need to use the shopify POS, the order doesn't arrive in storefeeder for a while and the customer has to wait, or we figure out where the item is and deal with store feeder later. -

One suggestion I would put forward for this is the ability to set a specific time, once per day, for a guaranteed order import from all channels.
E.g.
If you have an order cutoff time of 4:30pm and post is collected at 5pm, you could set a "guaranteed import" at 4:35pm every day, ensuring you have a guaranteed 25mins to pack any last-minute orders.
At the moment, we are at the mercy of the import job flexible timing which sometimes can be cutting it very fine! This would add some stability/consistency to our end of day routine.

This is particularly important near the end of a day when you know an order has been received and your courier is about to arrive
