Adding "Ship By Date" to all channels
We are currently having an issue where our warehouse staff are solely concentrating on ship by dates rather than doing orders in order of oldest to newest.
We have had around 2000 Amazon and Amazon prime orders per day and these are very important, so these are completed first. Our warehouse aren’t shipping any phone orders, Shopify orders, eBay orders. They are only filtering by ‘Ship by Date’ and concentrating on that.
It would be better if we could add a ship by date to each order.
For example:
Amazon: No need as already provided
Shopify Priority: Same as order…6 votesWe have now added the functionality for you to add a "Handling Time in Days" to every channel (except Amazon, where we get a ship by date through the API on order import).
This will give you the ability to have a ship by date on every order for more efficient order management and minimise the risk of late shipments.

Ability to speed up orders coming through from channel
The ability to pull orders through quicker during operating hours as some orders take over 30 mins to reach store feeder this means we have to reduce our courier cut off times to allow the warehouse to pick and pack before collection
It would be good be able to manually pull orders from channel or speed up the sync process for woocommerce19 votesWe have done all the improvements we can for now. Change shipping rules for selected orders
To have the ability to change shipping rules for selected orders (i.e. swap all selected orders from Parcel to Large Letter). During slower order days we have time to pack orders as large letters (as these take longer to pack) instead of parcels, saving us ££ on postage.

Order flags for certain shipping methods
The idea is to have flags attach automatically to orders which match a certain shipping method.
For example : ebay orders with an upgraded delivery method i.e. Royal Mail 24, or an Amazon order with a next day upgrade.
These orders can easily be overlooked at the moment and a flag would bring the order to attention.

Custom Product Label info / size
You recently added the ability to print a product label, which is great, but who needs a 4x6" product label?
We need a way to change the size of the label to something much smaller - or have the ability to select which printer labels are printed on.It currently only shows the EAN and product title, but we'd like it to also show the SKU and Price of product, so that it becomes an actual product label.

Pickwave Numbers when using Max Pickwave Size
Hi,
Just a quick quality of life request: When we are creating a pickwave and using the "Max Pickwave Size" option, the system generates multiple pickwaves all with the exact same tag. It would be useful if the system could append a number to the end, so instead of saying "Yodel Orders" , it said "Yodel Orders #1" , "Yodel Orders #2" etc

Request for Larger Barcodes on Packing Lists
We've been experiencing issues with barcode scanning on our packing lists due to their size. Could you please consider making the barcodes larger for improved scanning reliability? This would greatly assist our order processing and enhance customer satisfaction.

Weights map from StoreFeeder to Shopify Listings
It would be very useful for weights to map from StoreFeeder to update products listed in Shopify.

Ad-Hoc Purchase Order product cost to default to 'Last cost price' instead of the 'supplier costs'
Currently when raising an ad-hoc purchase order (there is no input of costs when raising this) - the Last cost price of a product gets overwritten by the 'supplier cost' value - which would be the first cost the product was bought at unless manually updated.
The proposal would be that ad-hoc POs use the Last cost price as a SKU's default cost - so that A) the cost price is accurate to what it was last bought for B) the 'Last cost price' doesn't get permanently overwritten by the 'supplier cost'

ebay Negative/Neutral feedback notification.
Negative and Neutral feedback notifcation was an extremely useful feature in Marketworks & ChannelAdvisor when we used their products more than 15 years ago. It enabled us to respond quickly to customer issues and resolve. It also takes pressure of by erducing the urge to continuously be checking our feedback

we do have this as an account feature. It will download dispute info from channel. But you need to process them directly on ebay.
I've just added this to your account, you may need to add permissions for "Disputes Overview" on the orders menu.

Suggested transfers
Since changing to multi stock locations we now have suggested transfers, I can see how this will help, but currently it suggests a number based on the amount sold, and doesn’t take in to account box qty, we have a lot of products that are boxed in 6’s but the stand where they are picked from take 9, the option of telling it that when this product gets down to 3 get another box of 6 rather than none box qty.

Update cost prices using product page
A field to be added for cost price. This can then be used to help update avergae cost prices for users that don't use supplier/purchase order function

Product Location Label
A Customisable label that is linked to the product that shows certain things like.
Product Name
SKU/MPN
Manufacture/Brand
Product EAN as a barcode.
Price
Product Location and as a Barcode/QR Code.This is for when a product come in and is given a new location, a label can be printed with all the relevant info to be placed on the location.

thanks for your suggestion, we recently added the ability to print a product label from within a product that can include the SKU and Name. You can see a print button next to the EAN & UPC fields.
However at this point we wouldnt look to be adding further functionality as commercial label printer software is much more suited to doing this sort of thing and many label printers come with software for free.

Show a warning/info symbol if another supplier is cheaper on a product within purchase order view
Basically, if we are ordering from supplier but we have 2 suppliers attached to the same product sku it could show a warning/info symbol if another supplier is cheaper.

merge customer accounts
It would be handy to be able to merge customer accounts, they might change email or address, it would help getting the right one

It may be linking customers rather than merging but the functionality will be there one way or another.

Changing the stages of picking flow
It would be nice to have the flow of picking either changed or swappable.
If you would like to scan the location and tote the current setup is not very friendly for locations higher up.
E.g you have to go up a ladder to scan the location and come back down to scan the tote then back up to grab the product and scan.
It would be good if scanning the tote was the last stage or could be changed to if wanted as its the most logical place to put it once you are about to place the product…

Number of Parcels option in Shipping Rules
It would be really useful to have the option to define the number of parcels within the shipping rules. We have a couple of couriers that don't offer consignment rates so would not use them for multi-parcel shipments, but we would have to change this manually.
