When we make stock adjustments in a product under 'adjustments' is there the option to make set reasons here, specific to our company? There are already some but set ones would be great please.

Alert Manager If A Pickwave Has An Error
We typically get lots of errors pop up and it would be great if instead of having to walk down to the manager who deals with pick waves, the system could instead automatically notify a specific person/email that there is a pick wave that needs attention.

When we make stock adjustments on product pages under 'adjustments' to have the drop down option to set reasons. So all colleagues can choose the same reasons, like a filter. There are already some set ones there but our own ones for our company would be great.
Then when downloading the adjustment report we can filter and use this information.1 voteThere is no way to have individual preset reasons on adjustments i am afraid.
The system has to have these set presets, so that we know what type of action is taken.
You can add some text into the "free text" "reason" input box, which will append to the system text.

Stock quantity always on app screen
On the app is it possible when on the screen picking to have the quantity of stock there instead of having to click the orange i icon to see.
So the quantity of stock permanently there on that screen.1 voteThe information is available on the orange icon for a reason.
The picking page is for picking only, we do not want to distract pickers with other information and having two qtys on the page, one qty to pick and one qty in location would be confusing.
There are not many circumstances where a picker would or should need to know the stock level for the location. There job is to pick and pick only.
If they have a stock issue, then it is better for the picker to use the "Raise a Stock Problem" function, than to try and rectify the situation themselves as this can have big impacts on stock accuracy.

Include eBay usernames to show up when using the search feature
We have been using the search bar as a quicker way to bring up customer orders, products etc. It searches for names (part and full) however it does not search for eBay usernames
eBay usernames are in the 'Customer Name' field if you search directly on the Orders page so I thought it would look for this also.
The search bar is so much quicker so it would be useful to have the results for usernames included in the results

Advanced Despatch Order System
Currently, the process of printing and scanning orders is time-consuming. An 'Advanced Despatch Order' feature in the despatch order section would be a significant improvement. This would allow us to select a pick wave that we are working on and process orders directly on the computer, reducing paper usage, the likelihood of errors and saving time. Essential information such as Product Images, Order number, channel order reference, country, postcode, SKU, name, price, EAN, weight, box code, tape size, and an option to update weights, box size, and tape size should be readily visible on this screen.

Export EAN data in GS1 format
It's great that we can add our EAN numbers and include them in a product easily - What would be brilliant is the ability to auto update GS1 with the product data assigned to the EAN
This could be done a) manually via a ready formatted csv extract or ideally b) auto update GS1 each time a EAN is allocated

Request for Filter by Product ID and Listing ID
I am writing to suggest a feature addition: the ability to filter by Product ID in the Products section and by Listing ID in the Listings section. I find it surprising that this option isn't already available, as it would greatly aid in efficiently managing and locating specific items.
Currently, without these filters, navigating through numerous products and listings can be time-consuming. Implementing these filters would enhance user experience by enabling more precise and faster access to needed information.

Include Barcode as a Filter On Listings Overview Page
I'm enquiring as to whether it is possible to add a barcode filter heading for Listings Overview, and for the XLS export. We are specifically targeting items that have not yet been listed and so this would stop the need for opening each child product individually on a new tab. If we are in listings overview, we would filter for inventory (more than zero), Amazon UK (no listings) Type (child). This means we have a list of all the items in our inventory that don't have an Amazon listing that are in stock, making it easier to run through them…

Copy & paste Shopify tags
It would be useful if we could copy Shopify tags from one listing and paste them into another product or another listing tags.
Currently there is no way to copy them so they need manually typing in again

John is correct, you are able to paste multiple tags into a shopify listing using commas as the seperator. The string also needs to end in a comma for the system to recognise the last entry as a tag. So if you were to type this into any text editor
tag1,tag2,tag3,
You can copy that string and paste into the tags field on the listing and you will get 3 seperate tags.

unfortunately this has been declined as the app is not intended as a replacement for the desktop.
You are however able to print to portable WiFi printers provided they have been added into print assist.
And you are able to despatch orders via the app if you have the order number.

Sage One
I’m looking at moving away from Xero, I know SF can integrate with Sage50 using Tradebox, however I understand this is standalone software for windows, we have several Macs so a direct interaction with Sage online, I think they call it Sageone, would be a better option.

Amending Purchase Orders
On the purchase orders screen you have the option to "amend purchase order".
The only thing that you can amend is the purchase price of each product.
We need to also be able to amend the quantity and / or delete a line item

Amazon Shipping Templates in Shipping Rules
I would like to be able to specify an Amazon shipping template as part of the shipping rules in SF.
Currently all orders for standard shipping have the channel shipping method of STD UK DOM1. If I wanted to use two shipping templates, one which offered 2-3 working days as standard and one which offered 1 working day as standard both of these still come into SF as STD UK DOM1 and are impossible for SF to tell which is 2-3 and 1 working day.

App: Add a transfer button to the product within picking
A request from our WM:
He would like to have an easy way to create a transfer for a product from within the picking section of the app.Background: We store items in pick bins and bulk locations. The bulk locations are pallets high up in the racking. When the pick bins are empty we need to "pick" from these bulk locations. As this is a separate task to be done by a forklift driver we create a separate pickwave, whereby we're picking a quantity off the pallets high up. this has been declined as the suggested transfers should create these transfers before they are needed based on the current demand. Adding this functionality would break the flow of the app as everything is based on specific pages for specific tasks. However we are looking at adding functionality to also restrict pickbins by ease of pick such as if they need ladders or forklifts.

Pull through a discreet shipping flag omn orders from woocommerce
it would be good to be able to add a check box to our front-end store that can be picked up by Storefeeder to distinguish a discreet shipping option for the customer

Any non standard WooCommerce functionality may affect other users of WC so we can't easily support. If you can get it put on the special instructions or order notes we should bring it in.

Pickwave number to be displayed as a barcode > scan to open order for dispatch
We dispatch order by order, and so create unique pickwave IDs for each order. It's important for us to scan on packing (rather than picking) so we know the order is 100% on dispatch.
Looking through a long list of pickwave ID's is not easy and leads to time wasting errors if the wrong picwave ID is clicked on (the pickwave list text size is not big and display area quite small).
If the pickwave ID could be shown as a barcode on our paperwork which is created after the pickwave is generated, we could then scan the barcode and…
