we will speak about this, as we would need to ensure the promised delivery dates are not missed amongst other considerations which doesn;t make this as easy as it sounds

This is a very important issue, we receive 100 orders this way per week. It is very difficult to do these manually and we cannot send a tracking number. PLEASE URGENT HELP

We have a new feature coming that will intorduces batches/FIFO into storefeeder.
Once the first interation of this feature has been out and used sucessfully, we will work on further enchancements.
This could then allow us to be able to track deliveries to certain stock and give you this information.

We are reviewing what is possible as part of the "order tags" project that is currently underway.

We also manually dispatch an order from the same customer and cannot provide a tracking number (because eBay does not allow us to manually add the same tracking number). Malicious customers can later claim that they did not receive the product.

The system should ask us before despatch about orders coming from different channels but the same postcode, we need to combine the orders coming from different channels and adjust the package size.

This is available on the V3 orders grid.
There is a tab at the top of the page that is specifically to show all "Back orders" only, giving users a clear view of this type of order.

We're currently using Shipstation for this purpose. Monthly orders of $9.99 are combined regardless of the channel they come from. Filtering and searching by postcode every day is very tiring.
