we will speak about this, as we would need to ensure the promised delivery dates are not missed amongst other considerations which doesn;t make this as easy as it sounds
An error occurred while saving the comment This is a very important issue, we receive 100 orders this way per week. It is very difficult to do these manually and we cannot send a tracking number. PLEASE URGENT HELP

This is available on the V3 orders grid.
There is a tab at the top of the page that is specifically to show all "Back orders" only, giving users a clear view of this type of order.
Please see the attached image
The system should ask us before despatch about orders coming from different channels but the same postcode, we need to combine the orders coming from different channels and adjust the package size.
