  1. Amazon Customisation details to be pulled across to StoreFeeder

    It would be great if you were able to automatically pull the customisation information from Amazon to our orders and invoices. We currently spend a lot of time each day copying this information across from Amazon to our invoices before we dispatch. The customisation tool on Amazon is very useful as it stops other sellers from tagging onto the item, so we would like to have it on as many products as possible, but it is time consuming at the moment.

  2. Printing CN22 labels during pickwave despatch

    We would like to print CN22 labels automatically for any non-EU orders when printing our integrated invoices. After speaking to support it seems the only way to do this is to have a double-label invoice which includes a space for both an address label and a CN22 label. Unfortunately this isn't practical when using Royal Mail 6x4 labels which already take up a large amount of room on the invoice, and 95% of orders do not need a CN22 so this would be a lot of wasted space.

    Hi,

    As you mentioned at the moment we are limited to both labels being integrations or both labels printing off as thermal labels.

    We’re going to investigate this to see if it’ll be possible to produce thermal cn22 labels with integrated labels.

  3. Add Channel Order Number to new order when Exchanging

    When searching for an order that has already been exchanged, it will not show the new orders that have been sent in exchange. Adding the original Channel Order Number to the new 'Manual' orders would solve this problem, as this is currently left as a blank field. Good idea?
