   There is a tab at the top of the page that is specifically to show all "Back orders" only, giving users a clear view of this type of order.

   we are looking at both adding extra options into shipping rules where we can and also potentially replacing them with much more flexible order processing rules and will be able to do much more than simply set a shipping method.

   
   

   In the mean time is Ian suggested you should be able to do this by tweaking your packaging sizes.

   we have an issue where certain SKU's is sent as a letter if 1 is purchased. But when customers buy 12 with the way the storefeeder "Packaging Sizes" rules are it then thinks its a parcel when in fact it is a large letter. So every time this order comes through it has to be manually changed.

   So the ability to override the "Packaging Sizes" rules to say-
   SKU......
   Qty .....
   goes into packaging type .........

   Then once its been applied it then follows the already setup shipping rules for that packaging type ect.
