Hi Linda,
we are looking at both adding extra options into shipping rules where we can and also potentially replacing them with much more flexible order processing rules and will be able to do much more than simply set a shipping method.
In the mean time is Ian suggested you should be able to do this by tweaking your packaging sizes.

We are currently adding more permissions into StoreFeeder and one on the list is blocking the ability to be able to perform inventory updates\adjustments.
If you are performing stock takes on the app this should be unaffected as stock takes have to be approved before any adjustments are made.

This will be considered for the rules overahaul
Alternatively seeing a similar report to 'Purchase Order Write Off Reasons' for any pending orders/ product lines only?
