When we make stock adjustments on product pages under 'adjustments' to have the drop down option to set reasons. So all colleagues can choose the same reasons, like a filter. There are already some set ones there but our own ones for our company would be great.
Then when downloading the adjustment report we can filter and use this information.

There is no way to have individual preset reasons on adjustments i am afraid.
The system has to have these set presets, so that we know what type of action is taken.
You can add some text into the "free text" "reason" input box, which will append to the system text.
