Amazon Personalisation
Some products in our inventory require personalisation … eg. A mug with your name printed on it, or a Chocolate bar with a “Happy Birthday Gary” printed on the wrapper.
When ordering these product from Amazon – before checkout, the customer has to complete the requested customisation – on a popup form. These customisation options are configured through the Amazon Seller administration module.
When fulfilling the order, the customisation data has to be downloaded from the Amazon Seller portal. This process is currently manual and, as you can imagine, when we have tens or hundreds of customised orders, this can…
5 votesWe would like to update you in this.
You are now able to download the customisation information from StoreFeeder directly on the order or you can also get the information as it comes from Amazon using the folowwing API call.

Shipping cost added to product page
If this was added to the product page this shipping cost could then be attributed as a token when using the pricing profiles feature.
Currently on pricing profiles we have no way of pricing a product dynamically as the shipping cost has to be a fixed manual amount, if this was stored within the product we'd be able to have one pricing profile - this would enable us to then create different profiles to flex margins etc
1 voteHi,
there is a shipping cost field on the product shipping and handling tab that can be used in pricing profiles.
Thanks,

Discontinue Product
Option to add a discontinue marker next to variants within a product, I know this has been suggested before but archiving a product will not work, as a product line may continue but colours may change
11 votesHi Matt,
we recently reworked archiving ad added a discontinued flag to allow you more control over this.

Dynamic Preferred Supplier based on combination of cheapest price and stock availability
We are wasting a lot of time going through products in requisitions to see if they can be purchased cheaper from other suppliers other than the preferred one. This happens because a non-preferred supplier may be running a promo hence making them "preferred" temporarily. Since our supplier's stock and prices are automatically updated via feed, we do not always know who is cheaper unless we check manually.
Is there any way that the requisitions can pick the cheapest supplier (who also has the product in stock) automatically?
7 votesWe have added this as an optional feature that we can activate upon request.
Please contact the support team for more details if you would like this.

Button to manually add "Priority" tag within orders view
It would be very useful to be able to add the "Priority" tag to an order via the orders view on storefeeder. I know we can do this automatically via shipping rules which is very useful, but it would be really good to be able to add it to orders where necessary.
12 votesWe are pleased to annouce that this feature went live in this weeks release.
Please see the changelog for details of everything that was included:

Amazon Netherlands Integration
As I am sure you are all aware, Amazon is opening up Amazon.nl in the very near future. Amazon is the worlds largest online selling platform and it is important to be able to get on all of them. Our Dutch friends will soon we getting their very own Amazon and I think it is a good idea to get it integrated into StoreFeeder

Add "Sold all time" field to product export
It would be useful to be able to see the total quantity that has ever been sold of an item, currently the maximum time range on the product export is 365 days but for older items this isn't enough to give the full picture.
6 votesThanks for your suggestion
This data (along with other fields) is in the product export
"Sold All Time (Read Only)"
Thanks

Bulk Shipping Rule
I think it would be helpful to be able to download the shipping rules into a CSV file, so we can bulk edit them and upload to StoreFeeder. This would save a lot of time when adding or changing new postage options.
4 votesHi,
you are able to do this in the system now by way of exporting and importing spreadsheets.
If you struggle then please get in contact with the support team.

Control of inventory updates at an individual listing level
This mainly applies to selling on Amazon.
Currently, inventory updates can only be switched on or off for all listings on the entire channel. I have come across a situation where I may only want updates for specific listings on a particular channel but not on others.
Like many other sellers we now use Amazon's "Build International Listings" function to automatically push out offers from our UK (master) account to our EU accounts. This function includes an inventory sync across the connected channels, which means we use SF to control AmUK which intern controls all of our AmEU channels. This…
1 voteHi Matt,
you can achieve this by setting the "Controlled By StoreFeeder" field in the listing import\export.
thanks,

Two Step Authentication
Im sure this one has been raised before, but... 2 Step Authentication logging into Storefeeder, using something like Google Authenticator. I know its a bit of a b*llache using these things to log in all the time, but if a bad guy does manage to get log in details for someone in your organisation with Admin rights then you could end up in a lot of trouble really quickly.
4 votesHi Matt,
I'm pleased to accounce that this is now in StoreFeeder and has passed beta testing and is due to be released to all customrs soon. Please keep an eye on the blog for details when it goes live.

To be able to see the Listing channels on the product overview page
It would be helpful on the product overview page to be able to see what products are linked to which channel ie: bluepark (for us), amazon or ebay. It would help identify which products are linked and which still need linking
3 votesHi Jo,
you are able to get this information using the listings overiew page.

Amazon Customisation details to be pulled across to StoreFeeder
It would be great if you were able to automatically pull the customisation information from Amazon to our orders and invoices. We currently spend a lot of time each day copying this information across from Amazon to our invoices before we dispatch. The customisation tool on Amazon is very useful as it stops other sellers from tagging onto the item, so we would like to have it on as many products as possible, but it is time consuming at the moment.

Save templates of Import/Export Products
On product import/export we always have to select the fields to export every time we use it. Would be extremely helpful and time saving if we could save as template the fields we need for certain uses and so next time we would just select template and required fields would be auto selected. For example we want to create a product from scratch, or update only images, or update only EAN's, or update titles, etc... Everyone in our team would have predefined fields to do certain jobs and tasks. What a save of time and efficiency would be!
28 votesWe are pleased to announce, this feature was released earlier this month. It also includes the same for listings.
It has been well recieved by users who are already using it.

Add an Unignore button To Unignore Listings In Bulk
There is a button on the listings page to ignore listings in bulk, however there is NO button to unignore listings in bulk.
This would be very useful as we have over 400 listings that we would like to unignore and are having to do these 1 by 1.

Quick Supplier Price Increases
I'd like it if there were a way to apply supplier price increases quickly from within the product page.
Every year (sometimes more often) we get price increases on our products and have to export, filter, and import all the new supplier costs. Then do the same for all our listing prices.
It would be great if there were a way to enter the percentage price increase and save it to update all supplier cost prices by the percentage increase given to us by the supplier.
Equally this would be ideal for both product prices and listing prices too. A…
1 voteHi and thanks for your suggestion. We do offer a feature that allows you to edit and change supplier prices based on a formula that you change: Pricing profiles.
Please raise a ticket with our support team, and somebody will be able to review your account and get back to you with information on this feature. Many thanks,
