    Thanks for your suggestion.  Ee have recently sped up inventory updates to all channels where we are able to every 10 minutes from 15.


    we are looking at implementing webhooks where channels allow that will facilitate faster order imports and inventory updates accross the board (within channel limits).

  2. Product image on order page

    We should be able to see product image on order page. It would be great to see the product images there. It could be a small size image but when you hoover the mouse, it could get bigger.
    Seeing the product image on order page is really important for us.

  3. Order Statuses of 'Exchanged' and 'Refunded' instead of 'Returned'...

    Currently, whether you refund or exchange an order, the order status is set simply to 'Returned', which is not much help from an admin POV.

    We exchange about half of our returned orders, and it is a little tedious having to enter into each order every time an enquiry comes in to ascertain what was actioned.

    Order statuses of 'Refunded' and 'Exchanged' would be really very helpful, and seemingly an easyish one to code in...

    Furthermore it is easy for a user to mistake the order as 'Refunded' on quick glance and then mistakenly action a refund on a 3rd…

  4. To be able to search Notes on Order Tab

    To have a box to search notes, as a personalised business we receive names required in notes. To be able to put in a name in a box at the top to help find orders wanting a particular name that may have gone astray would very useful.

    thanks for your suggestion.  Its unlikely we will be doing anything in the current version.  But order and product notes will be getting overhauled as part of the v3 rerwites.

  5. Add quick 'hold order' function in the 'edit order' screen

    A function that would work in the same way as the 'cancel order' or 'clone order' buttons do when in the 'edit order' screen on an individual order.

  6. Being able to add special instructions to a specific order

    If we usually pack an item in bags, but one item got damaged in transit and we issue a replacement (we would make sure we box the replacement as we don't want it arriving damaged again). As it is the office staff arranging the replacement, not the packers, it means that the office staff have to go out to pack it to ensure it gets boxed (for example).

    It would be good if we could have a popup (such as where you would put the "Confirmation Required on Barcode Despatch") but for a specific order, instead of the product itself.

  7. Discount by percentage on customer MOTO orders

    It would be really great to have a 'percentage' discount option on the MOTO order page, so we can discount products, or the whole order, by any percentage we like (at the moment there is only the option to discount by value in pounds)
