Faster Inventory Sync Between StoreFeeder and Amazon
The lag between amazon and storefeeder updating inventory quantity is causing products overselling and having to cancel orders.

Thanks for your suggestion. Ee have recently sped up inventory updates to all channels where we are able to every 10 minutes from 15.
we are looking at implementing webhooks where channels allow that will facilitate faster order imports and inventory updates accross the board (within channel limits).

See Amazon FBA sales on the Dashboard
It would be interesting to see the split for our Amazon sales, so splitting it into sales that are fulfilled by us through StoreFeeder (FBM) and sales that are fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). Currently it combines these totals together as one figure

We are looking at separating out dashboards to make them more specific to the job role and this is something we could consider as part of that work. Adding more info onto the existing dashboards will negatively affect performance.

Product image on order page
We should be able to see product image on order page. It would be great to see the product images there. It could be a small size image but when you hoover the mouse, it could get bigger.
Seeing the product image on order page is really important for us.5 votesClosing this idea as this will become available when the new version page goes live.

Upload product images via URL
It would be useful if we could upload product images via URL (Like in the Shopify admin) rather than uploading a file from a PC.

there are no plans to allow this on the current pages. But it is something we will consider for the V3 rewrite of the product page as we are looking at how we can improve image management as a whole.

Graph of product revenue over time on the Orders tab of the Product record
On the Orders tab for a Product, it would be massively helpful to be able to see a graph of revenue generated by that SKU over the last 12 months - to give us that sense of whether sales are seasonal, driven by promotions etc. Currently we have to switch to another reporting tool for this, but since the order data is already there it feels like this would be an easy addition.

Increasing Audit Trail Records - Adding in Listing Audit Trail too
We would like to be able to see who created products, what lines were edited and what the previous figures were for certain areas. We noticed the Audit Trail keeps some records but is inconsistent and doesn't keep all records.
It would also be handy to see Audit Trails on Listings too.

Visible cost price from "products page" on a variation
It would be great to see the cost price on a variation listing from the products page. We currently have to click into the variant and on each individual child SKU to view the cost price. If all variants are the same cost (different colours etc.) we could easily see the cost price from the overview and if the child products are different costs it could show the lowest cost child SKU to the highest eg. "£49.95 - £69.95"

Order Statuses of 'Exchanged' and 'Refunded' instead of 'Returned'...
Currently, whether you refund or exchange an order, the order status is set simply to 'Returned', which is not much help from an admin POV.
We exchange about half of our returned orders, and it is a little tedious having to enter into each order every time an enquiry comes in to ascertain what was actioned.
Order statuses of 'Refunded' and 'Exchanged' would be really very helpful, and seemingly an easyish one to code in...
Furthermore it is easy for a user to mistake the order as 'Refunded' on quick glance and then mistakenly action a refund on a 3rd…

Visibility and Browsing Functionality for Simple Products Under Parent Product
We would like to request a significant enhancement to your product tab functionality which, in its current form, is limiting the ease and efficiency with which we can browse our stock.
Currently, simple products that are assigned to a parent product are hidden from view in the product tab. The only way to see these simple products is to toggle the plus sign and have the assigned product displayed. This design makes it challenging for us to quickly and freely browse our stock and get a glimpse of the item's details in the columns.

Integrate with VirtualStock API
Hello,
Virtual Stock has recently been adopted by Wilko Ltd and is also used by robert dyas, two major marketplaces. If you integrate with the Virtual Stock API it would easily bring on board to major platforms, similar to Mirakl with B&Q and Debenhams.

Variant Listing Indication
With listings on Amazon, Etsy, Onbuy and others all being imported into storefeeder as child variants individually rather than as a parent, it would be nice to have some sort of indication on the parent product page which child variants have listings on channel. We currently have to view each child variant individually to see if their is a listing present on channel or check the channel directly, perhaps a hover over pop up when scrolling through the variants would work.

Integrate with more Marketplaces - Boots / The Range / Debenhams etc. We have recently started working with more Marketplaces (other than the general Amazon / eBay / OnBuy etc.) and it would be much easier if SF integrated with these Marketplaces.
6 votesAs this request is for multiple marketplaces I am going to close off this idea as coming in a future version. As detailed in my reply, we have added support for Debenhams.
If other marketplaces are important to your business can you log them as seperate ideas or search if its already been suggested by another customer.

Order Creation via App with barcode scanning
Ability to create orders via the Storefeeder App by using PDAs. It would be a very helpful feature when we have walk in visitors on site who choose a few items directly from the warehouse. As they go along we would like to create new orders simply by go orders > new order > and scan the product barcodes. Thank you

To be able to search Notes on Order Tab
To have a box to search notes, as a personalised business we receive names required in notes. To be able to put in a name in a box at the top to help find orders wanting a particular name that may have gone astray would very useful.

Add quick 'hold order' function in the 'edit order' screen
A function that would work in the same way as the 'cancel order' or 'clone order' buttons do when in the 'edit order' screen on an individual order.

Parent product images to update child images
If you go to parent product and on tab images, you can upload the default image for a parent, and can also upload child images and assign them to each size. But this does not reflect on the child product images tab.

Product Special Attribute
Option to view "Product Special Attribute" when booking in deliveries.
This would enable staff booking in deliveries, to see if the item is needed elsewhere (for example, new product, needs to go to the office for listing).
3 votesThe feature to highlight a new product when booking in via the app is live. You can configure this per warehouse in the Purchase Order Options by setting "Highlight New Products on Booking In".
The change to allow PSA to appear on the product lookup page is due in the next app release.

Filter by picker in open pickwaves
Can we add a filter for the picker column on the open pickwaves screen.

Barcode Identifier Type Missing in Amazon Listings Settings
Please add an "Identifier Type" dropdown to set the barcode type on Amazon Listings.
On a product level, StoreFeeder supports both UPC and EAN barcodes.
For eBay listings, StoreFeeder provides an "Identifier Type" dropdown to select which barcode type is uploaded.This dropdown is missing for Amazon listings. Instead, StoreFeeder is hardcoded to submit an "EAN" barcode type.
As a result, creating Amazon listings for products that only have a UPC barcode, will create the product with an invalid product identifier.
