    We require batch number and expiry date as well. Entering batch number under the Serial Number field on dispatch can lead to manual entry errors and it also takes a lot of time for orders with many different items.
    Traceability reports are also an important requirement. If there is a complaint from a customer regarding an item, we should be able to see what batch has been sent and also to find which other customers have been sent items from that batch.
