Amazon Japan Marketplace Integration
Dear StoreFeeder Team,
Amazon Japan was one of our top marketplaces prior to switching to StoreFeeder in 2019.
At the time we were told that integration was not possible due to the Character sets used in Japanese addresses.
Is support for Amazon Japan on the development road map?

Categories Column
Add on the outstanding orders screen in picking a column to filter by categories for any single line orders. This will help where warehouses are segregated by category/departments.
1 voteAs this idea hasn't any support from other customers in the past year we won't be looking to take it any further at this point.
I think the majority of customers would use warehouse zones to acheieve this and restrict the pickwave creation to that zone.

Being able to add orders to existing pickwaves
Can you add the feature were orders can be added to existing pickwaves, for example, we could have a pickwave called 'Back Orders' and and during the day this pickwave can have back orders added to it instead of us having to create numerous pickwaves.

thanks for the suggestion. There no plans to allow orders to be added to pickwaves asthis would cause issues with picking via the app. We are however looking into the possibility of allowing auto generation of pickwaves by employing saved filters/

Ability to select multiple orders holding shift and selecting with mouse
We would like the ability to select multiple orders on the picking screen to creat pickwaves by holding the shift key and then clicking with the mouse on the lowest most order. This is currently possible on the purchase order screen but with in the purchase orders themselves.
This would be beenficial when using a select filter to filter specific order types but then being being able to create multiple smaller pickwaves quicker than having to check box every order. For example if a filter brings 100 orders and you wanted to break them in to 10 order picks quickly.

The tickboxes are the only way of doing it.

Auto Fill Product Harmonised Code
To have the "Product Type Description" field under the Customs section of Shipping & Handling as a drop down, which would auto fill the "Product Harmonised Code" field from what has already been entered for other products. This would save a lot of time, when creating products manually, instead of always having to look up the codes when we have already entered them into Storefeeder for similar products.

Option to send replacement from original order (without manually putting through)
When a customer doesn't receive their order and we process a replacment, it would be handy if there was an option which would fill in a new replacement order for us and link this to their original order so our team can keep track of these without manual searches.

This is already possible!
You can raise an exchange from the order lines section of an order -without refunding the original order – and this will achieve the same thing as a replacement.
If you need help on how to do this please contact the support team and we can help.We are however implementing a clone order function already – the team are testing this internally already so once we’re sure we’re happy with it it will go live. There are a few issues right now because it copies over information it shouldn’t do but we’re hoping to polish if off soon.

CN22 HS Code
When a product is shipped that has a CN22 without a Harmonised Code filled in can an error message come up so that this field is filled in

To be able to merge orders from different channels and status
For StoreFeeder to be able to give us the option to choose how we merge orders, as currently if from a different channel or on a different shipping/order status this is not possible.

https://www.real.de/ is the 3rd largest marketplace in Germany and is part of the Schwarz Group. It has 21m unique visitors per month.
An easy integration could mean a few more sales, which is always good!!2 votesHi,

So at this point it not something we would be looking to add.

DPD Post code Exceptions
When you over ride a DPD order from default to DPD put up a warning pop up box if it is a post code exception

Product Categorisation On The Outstanding Orders Page
Currently there is not an option for a filter to pick categorised products. For example if you wanted to select anything that is only Plastic or Inner tubes you can only search via the "Product SKU" however if anything within a system title has the word "Plastic" it could bring anything relevant to that keyword up. Am sure many sellers would benefit from being able to properly Categorise their product and surely this will help with the pick and pack stages.

Big Cartel Integration
Hi, would be great to add a Big Cartel integration. Does not have to be much, but a way of receiving orders and dispatching them through SF would be good. Many be basic pricing control as well

Storefeeder auto signs out all the time
Constantly logging in to storefeeder is not only a pain, but has also caused us to lose information, for example a member of staff was working on a purchase order updating prices etc., had taken a couple of phone calls in between, pressed save and nothing happened, she had to log back in and all her hard work was lost. We should be able to be logged in all day, without having to sign in again and again.

This is a security feature and at this time we wouldn’t be looking to extend the time sorry.
If this is a common occurance your staff are having when taking phone calls though, theey can open a new StoreFeeder tab before completing the PO – then if it asks them to log in they can log in on the new tab first and then once logged in they can continue with the old tab without the risk of losing their progress.

Listings API with Oversell
As it stands your API on listings http://rest.storefeeder.com/Help/Api/GET-listings
You cannot PUT/POST/GET Oversell via API which is a massive problem when it comes to doing integrations.1 voteHi and thank you for your suggestion. I’m afraid it will not be possible for us to implement this feature due to technical limitations in the way our systems handle listings as a whole.
Could you provide some more information on what specific problem you have encountered? We may be able to suggest a different solution.

Discontinue Product
Option to add a discontinued product marker to the products which will then be excluded from purchase orders.
The work around we currently have is changing the SKU and adding Discontinued text to the end of the SKU so that our purchaser doesn't keep sending the same discontinued products to our suppliers.
The issue we face with this work around is the SKU is visible on customer email notifications and also Shopify displays the SKU to customer which isn't exactly customer friendly.

We are not planning on adding the option to flag products as discontinued. However, we do currently offer the option to mark your products as ‘archived’, which should be a good replacement.

Stock Location Transfers
"The suggested transfers page is based on your number of sales in the past 7 days against the amount left in the pickbin. So as you have not sold over 5 in the last 7 days it will not be suggested for transfer.."
Would be good to be able to add a transfer of an item that you know to be low manually

we feel the act of manually adding an entry to the suggested transfers page would be more work than either just doing the transfer or creating a pending transfer for a warehouse operative to pick up on the App.
So we wouldnt be looking to add that functionality at this time.
