1. Amazon Shipping Templates in Shipping Rules

   I would like to be able to specify an Amazon shipping template as part of the shipping rules in SF.

   Currently all orders for standard shipping have the channel shipping method of STD UK DOM1. If I wanted to use two shipping templates, one which offered 2-3 working days as standard and one which offered 1 working day as standard both of these still come into SF as STD UK DOM1 and are impossible for SF to tell which is 2-3 and 1 working day.

   Having an option within the shipping rules which allows you to specify by shipping template would mean I could offer different levels of standard shipping on my Amazon listings.

2. Advanced Despatch Order System

   Currently, the process of printing and scanning orders is time-consuming. An 'Advanced Despatch Order' feature in the despatch order section would be a significant improvement. This would allow us to select a pick wave that we are working on and process orders directly on the computer, reducing paper usage, the likelihood of errors and saving time. Essential information such as Product Images, Order number, channel order reference, country, postcode, SKU, name, price, EAN, weight, box code, tape size, and an option to update weights, box size, and tape size should be readily visible on this screen.

   I'd also like to suggest the addition of a feature that allows us to revisit the details of the last order. This would be particularly helpful for packers to verify if they suspect an error has been made. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a 'Reprint Label' button in this advanced despatch section to address any printer or network issues that may arise. This will save time having to go into orders to reprint a label.

   These enhancements would not only streamline our workflow but also improve the accuracy of our order fulfilment process. We believe that these features would be beneficial not only to our operations but potentially to other StoreFeeder users as well.

3. Pull through a discreet shipping flag omn orders from woocommerce

   it would be good to be able to add a check box to our front-end store that can be picked up by Storefeeder to distinguish a discreet shipping option for the customer

4. Pickwave number to be displayed as a barcode > scan to open order for dispatch

   We dispatch order by order, and so create unique pickwave IDs for each order. It's important for us to scan on packing (rather than picking) so we know the order is 100% on dispatch.

   Looking through a long list of pickwave ID's is not easy and leads to time wasting errors if the wrong picwave ID is clicked on (the pickwave list text size is not big and display area quite small).

   If the pickwave ID could be shown as a barcode on our paperwork which is created after the pickwave is generated, we could then scan the barcode and have the correct order open up ready for us to start scanning items as we pack them.

   So a packer would receive a picked order ready for packing, scan the pickwave ID barcode on the paperwork and have the right order open up automatically on screen so they can start scanning items right away.

   This would save a huge amount of time and cut down on errors caused by hunting for a pickwave ID from a long list.

   We dispatch order by order, and so create unique pickwave IDs for each order. It's important for us to scan on packing (rather than picking) so we know the order is 100% on dispatch.

5. Tracking no or Delivery Confirmation Numbers not added to Ebay orders. Linnworks can do it .

   Ebay--- Repair -- Sending Tracking no or Delivery Confirmation Numbers to all shipped Items and Marged Orders. I've talked to colleagues who use linnworks and they don't have the same problem as we do. Every day my wife spends an hour adding Tracking, which is completely pointless.
   And since Linnworks has dealt with it, please look into this matter.

6. Allow multiple pickers for each pick wave or a group

   Allow multiple pickers for each pick wave, or have a "group" of pickers which are able to do any order inside the pick wave instead of assigning it to an individual picker.

   we wouldnt be looking to add anything like this into the system I'm afraid.

   
   

   We do have other options in the system souch as auto splitting by the number of orders and the ability to restrict by warehouse zone so you can direct staff to differnt areas to limit crossover.

   
   

   You also have the ability to swap picker mid pickwave.
