   Would be helpful to see the Channel Fees and Margin token from the Orders Despatched with Extra Financial Data report on the Export Configuration setup.
   Or rather see the Ordered SKU and Quantity on the Orders Despatched with Extra Financial Data report.
   Finally, the Orders & Products Despatched report does not show the products, this report is the same as the Orders Despatched report.
