Ability to speed up orders coming through from channel
The ability to pull orders through quicker during operating hours as some orders take over 30 mins to reach store feeder this means we have to reduce our courier cut off times to allow the warehouse to pick and pack before collection
It would be good be able to manually pull orders from channel or speed up the sync process for woocommerce19 votesWe have done all the improvements we can for now. We are implementing webhooks in teh future to bring in orders as they become available. This will be limited to channels that support it

Order flags for certain shipping methods
The idea is to have flags attach automatically to orders which match a certain shipping method.
For example : ebay orders with an upgraded delivery method i.e. Royal Mail 24, or an Amazon order with a next day upgrade.
These orders can easily be overlooked at the moment and a flag would bring the order to attention.

Royal Mail weights
With Royal Mail making sure weights are correct, would it be possible to have a pop up to confirm weights before printing label?
It could be a courier option, it’s not as important for us when sending with DPD
We try and make sure our product weights, box weights etc are correct, but sometimes extra packaging is needed and you don’t always know how much until the order is packed, once all products are scanned it’s too late to change the weight.
We used to use another platform similar to SF and when using Dymo scales it used to automatically…
2 votesHi John,
apologies this was missed. We have added more resource to keep on top of user requests now and we will endeavour to make a decision within 90 days depending on user engagement.
We have added an option for a popup when using barcode despatch to confirm details.
Its under warehouse management -> despatch mode
Validate Order Shipping And Handling On Barcode Despatch
When despatching by barcode; each order will bring up a window allowing the number of parcels, weight and packaging size to be amended. Thanks

User Permissions - "Reassign Picker"
The "Reassign Picker" button within a pickwave is only avalable to "Admin" users, thus meaning anyone who is not an "Admin" user is unable to perform this simple task, which is needed daily.
As such taking someone else's time to reassign a few orders or whole pickwave for them.
13 votesJust an update on this one.
Users are able to take pickwaves from other users on the app so it can be done this way.
You can change to all users and click on a pickwave and then you have the option to assign it to yourself.
Thanks,

Add Tracking to Order Overview
At this time of year we get a lot of customer emails asking various parcel tracking questions. In order to find this information we have to open each order up and then click the tracking link. To move on to the next order you then have to return to the order overview and then search for the next order.
It would be great to be able to see this tracking from the order overview screen, so you could search the order number and click the tracking link from this page. Then, once finished you can just type another order number.…

Button to manually add "Priority" tag within orders view
It would be very useful to be able to add the "Priority" tag to an order via the orders view on storefeeder. I know we can do this automatically via shipping rules which is very useful, but it would be really good to be able to add it to orders where necessary.
12 votesWe are pleased to annouce that this feature went live in this weeks release.
Please see the changelog for details of everything that was included:

Amazon Customisation details to be pulled across to StoreFeeder
It would be great if you were able to automatically pull the customisation information from Amazon to our orders and invoices. We currently spend a lot of time each day copying this information across from Amazon to our invoices before we dispatch. The customisation tool on Amazon is very useful as it stops other sellers from tagging onto the item, so we would like to have it on as many products as possible, but it is time consuming at the moment.
