  1. Block certain users from manually reducing stock quantities

    There are some users whom I wish to give access to products, but whom I do not wish to be able to manually reduce stock quantites, either on the product page itself or on the Bulk Inventory Update page.

    Even in the case of warehouse staff, who regularly do stock-takes, I would like to have the option of blocking their ability to manually reduce a quantity.

    An advanced feature would be to have any stock amendments by certain users (additions or subtractions) having to be 'approved' by an admin user...

  2. Ability to archive a product to a date

    It would be great if you could 'archive' a product to a date so for example, we may have a product that is out of stock until 1st September 2023, we therefore don't want to keep seeing it on the Purchase Order daily and removing it/writing it off so it would be great if you could set the 1st September 2023 as a date for the item to unarchive/become available again. This would then allow a level of automation for out of stock products and seasonal products that you may want to hide for a period of the year then…

  3. Supplier Cost Pricing per Inventory

    It is very common for suppliers to temporarily change the price of an item (e.g. in a sale) that we already stock which we therefore buy. We are looking for the ability to allocate this cheaper-priced stock to a new price and once it is sold through, the old price would automatically return, or stick depending on settings, for the remaining (old-priced) stock. This would therefore make calculating profit margins a lot easier and save a lot of time as you would be able to quickly look back to see what inventory was bought at what price.

    We have a new feature coming that will intorduces batches/FIFO into storefeeder.


    Once the first interation of this feature has been out and used sucessfully, we will work on further enchancements.


    This could then allow us to be able to track deliveries to certain stock and give you this information.
