  1. Pick from bulk location when someone orders a full box quantity or more than we have in the pickbin

    Currently if we take a large order for a product, it will empty the pickbin and then take the picker to the bulk location. It would be neater for the picker if they just took all the product from the bulk location or at least got them to retreive full box quantities from the bulk location.

    thanks for your suggestion.  This is something we have already talked about implementing as an option of your warehouse and/or pickwave creation.


    There are no timescales for this work as yet.

  2. Pickwave Numbers when using Max Pickwave Size

    Hi,

    Just a quick quality of life request: When we are creating a pickwave and using the "Max Pickwave Size" option, the system generates multiple pickwaves all with the exact same tag. It would be useful if the system could append a number to the end, so instead of saying "Yodel Orders" , it said "Yodel Orders #1" , "Yodel Orders #2" etc

  3. Display 'Ship By' dates for all platforms on the Warehouse Picking page

    Amazon orders currently display the necessary 'Ship By' date for the particular order which is presumably pulled from Amazon directly.

    Etsy and eBay also have a 'ship by date' for each order displayed directly on the platform, so it would be really great if this could be pulled across too.

    Shopify is another platform we sell on but it would be helpful if we could add our own cut off points in order to easily see which orders must be dispatched today, as this will reduce time spent checking and reduce errors of any missed orders not shipped by members…

    Hi,


    Thanks for you suggestion.  We are planning to implement this on channels where we are given the information.  


    There is no timescale as yet as we need to investigate if we are already recieving the info or if we need to make additional calls.
