same customer - different our stores
When the same customer buys products from 2 different stores, we have to combine them and manually set labels. same customer - same address - different store. this will save us the cost of 2 stickers.
In addition, when the same customer in the system makes purchases at different times in a single store, the system may miss them. This is a very important issue.

there are no plans to be able to merge orders from different channel automatically as it is simply too risky.

Assign a designated packer when dispatching a pickwave
Similar to how you choose a designated picker when creating a pickwave. When dispatching a pickwave, we should be able to choose a designated packer for those orders. This would mean we have a record of who packed each order to aid with post-order issues.

Ability to take part payments on EPOS
On a MOTO order you can mark a part payment then add a second payment method however this isnt possible on the EPOS which is the place we are most likely to need to take a part payment. currently if you mark a payment of £5 against a £10 order on the epos it records it as fully paid and processes the order.

Allow decimal quantities for orders and stock
We sell a subset of our products via our Magento 2 store in decimal quantities i.e. the user can order 2.5 or 0.5 etc. We only allow .5 increments. At the moment we have to ignore all those listings in Storefeeder and allow Magento 2 to handle the stock which isn't ideal.
Also, if a customer orders 1.5 in Magento, the order gets imported into Storefeeder but truncates the total to 1, so we have to manually check all of those orders to make sure we are sending the customer the correct quantity.

I dont think we would be able to do this. But if you are selling by units then you should be able to to use additions and swaps in SF.

Order Status
We'd like an additional order status of "picked". At the moment it goes from Assigned to Dispatched. This would help us see how far through the picking process each order is

thanks for your suggestion. However this one has been turned down as 3 have teh 3 progress fields on the pickwave page and we also have the new pickwave progress page (Reports->Orders->Pickwave Progress) which gives a graphical overview of each open pickwave.
Also when picking, you dont pick bu orders so we wouldn't know a full order has been picked.

Multi-select orders on picking page.
Multi-select orders on picking page, instead of ticking the boxes individually when creating pickwaves. Similar to the way you could multi select lines on purchase orders page.

Option to send replacement from original order (without manually putting through)
When a customer doesn't receive their order and we process a replacment, it would be handy if there was an option which would fill in a new replacement order for us and link this to their original order so our team can keep track of these without manual searches.

This is already possible!
You can raise an exchange from the order lines section of an order -without refunding the original order – and this will achieve the same thing as a replacement.
If you need help on how to do this please contact the support team and we can help.We are however implementing a clone order function already – the team are testing this internally already so once we’re sure we’re happy with it it will go live. There are a few issues right now because it copies over information it shouldn’t do but we’re hoping to polish if off soon.

To be able to merge orders from different channels and status
For StoreFeeder to be able to give us the option to choose how we merge orders, as currently if from a different channel or on a different shipping/order status this is not possible.

Product Categorisation On The Outstanding Orders Page
Currently there is not an option for a filter to pick categorised products. For example if you wanted to select anything that is only Plastic or Inner tubes you can only search via the "Product SKU" however if anything within a system title has the word "Plastic" it could bring anything relevant to that keyword up. Am sure many sellers would benefit from being able to properly Categorise their product and surely this will help with the pick and pack stages.

Predispatch from Edit Pickwave screen
Would it be possible to add the option to predispatch selected orders from the edit pickwave screen. Currently the only option is to put the orders as On-Hold or remove them which requires each order being individually searched for and predispatched individually. Would be great to predispatch orders in bulk from here.

the predespatch facility on pickwaves applies to the pickwave in bulk. There should be a need to predespatch individual orders.
The bulk option using the button on teh screen will allow you to predesptch all remainaing orders on a pickwave ignoring ones that have already been predesaptched or despatched.
