Sorting of product variations from A to Z
I need the ability to sort a product variation from A to Z, I have over 200 variations and they were created from Ebay Listing, Finding the right Variation gives me a headache without sorting.
Could you please add this to the program?3 votes -
We need a New Feature that would allow us to Post a short video of the Product. We can post videos directly only through amazon nd ebay.
For Example We all can see that amazon and ebay allows a 15-30 seconds video. but to Upload that Video you have to go to amazon nd ebay directly. We need a feature that allows to post videos along with pictures on all platforms.

this is something we plan to support in the future for eBay initially. But there is no timescale on this.
Thanks,

Expiry date and batch number tracking functionality
Capability to assign batch numbers and expiry dates to stock and manage inventory on First Expires First Out principle. Batch numbers and expiry dates would then be recorded against shipped orders to provide traceability.

Packaging Sizes - Auto Assign packaging Size Per Order
Currently assigning a packaging size works well if you are selling 1 item and not a lot of multi line orders.
We would like this to become much more comprehensive / accurate.
We have investigated using a service called 3D Bin Packing which allows you to enter the Dims of each item, quantity and your size of boxes(packaging sizes) and it works out the best Box size for the order based on the information provided.
This should then be displayed to the Packer on the despatch terminal so they can accurately pick the correct packaging size - First time, every…

Report for number of times products hit 0 stock to allow for increases in min stock levels
I would have thought this would be useful for everyone to be able to pull off a report over a certain time period of all the products that have hit 0 stock with a number indicating how many times this has happened. This would highlight any products that manual reorder levels/minimum stock levels are set too low and could be increased to in turn increase sales.

EAN Auto Assign Child Variants
We already have the option to push supplier info etc to child variants.
Can we have the option to Auto Assign barcodes to child variants as well as just the parent. For those of us selling non barcoded products it can be a long winded process to enter each child variant and hit the auto fill button.

Parent product images to update child images
If you go to parent product and on tab images, you can upload the default image for a parent, and can also upload child images and assign them to each size. But this does not reflect on the child product images tab.
It would be very handy if it did.3 votes -
Auto Price Updates Revised
We like to price our listings on channels differently depending on that channels commission structure, currently we have automatic price updates off on our channels to allow this, currently if we need to increase or decrease a price we do each channel separately. Would it be possible to have a pricing increase or decrease template by percentage or price that automatically adjusted channels to set preferences dependent on the written product price in Store Feeder.

Report to show stock days of stock remaining until next delivery
It would be good to have a report or a visual on the products tab, that shows days of stock remaining at the current sell through rate for a product.
Also for the report to show the days of stock until the next delivery. It would then help us all know if to speed up or slow down a products selling.
Example
ProductA = "12 days of stock remaining" next delivery "15 days"
ProductB = "52 days of stock remaining" next delivery "15 days"
ProductC = "20 days of stock remaining" next delivery "7 days"12 votes -
Cloning Customs Details Fields When Cloning A Product
When cloning a product all the information seems to clone without any issues except for the fields under the Customs Details tab in shipping and handling.
It would be great if you could clone a product and these fields get cloned aswell to save time copying and pasting from another product.

Auto Calculate Cost Price for Kit Products
In the same way that the weight is auto calculated for kit products, the cost price should be also, using the default supplier cost for each component product.
We currently have to update kit product listing prices individually and manually since there is no way to export the costs, recalculate the listing price and import back in.

Allow to enter links in product description
The wysiwyg editor needs a bit of an overhaul some basic functions such as link building need to be in place as it just takes time to add links in via html.

Product and Order Sorting is a pain in the butt
Hi,
This keeps happening if you miss click the boxes on the orders or products view ie if i want to enter a SKU and miss click the box anywhere around it will go off and sort that field.
With the slowness on SF as it is at the moment this is a real pain.
Wondering if its an idea to have the filtering clickable ONLY on the arrows?
Its a simple thing but drives me mental :-)Thanks

Inventory to exclude quarantined products
We are utilising the quarantine feature more frequently in our warehouse, and on the e-commerce side this is meaning that we are seeing conflicting numbers of qty in the warehouse vs qty available to sell.
Is there no way on a Listings export that instead of exporting the Product Inventory which would show an inflated amount on some skus, that we can instead see the inventory 'available to sell'?
The listing page show this qty already, but we can't seem to get it out in an export without doing a product export and a quarantine export and subtracting the two…

Reduce the clicks required for a Bulk Inventory Update by SKU
This is really just a minor thing, but it gets irritating when you use it regularly.
When updating inventory using the bulk inventory tool on a SKU by SKU basis, there are two clicks that are unnecessary:
- Checking the box next to the product. Why not just update any product with a number entered into the 'New Inventory' field?
- There is a warning box that pops up every time you do an update saying "Please be aware this is intended for single updates ...". There is no way to turn this off.

Prevent a user deleting a product
HI,
We would like to see an option under user's to allow or deny a user from being able to delete products.26 votesHi and thanks for your suggestions. We can certainly recognise the importance of restricting certain actions to certain users, so we will begin planning this as a feature for future development.
I’m afraid I can’t give an estimate for when this will be completed, as we are currently working on a number of high priority features and improvements. Many thanks,

Edit Variation Child Product Order
It would be useful to have a way to change the display order for the components of a variation product (and in turn the listings), so you could group all sizes, colours etc together in the dropdown list or perhaps promote seasonal designs to the top of the list. This would make it easier for a customer to see what they are looking for within a larger variation listing.
At the moment, the only way we can see to do this is to remove all options and re-add in the order you want.

Supplier Cost Pricing per Inventory
It is very common for suppliers to temporarily change the price of an item (e.g. in a sale) that we already stock which we therefore buy. We are looking for the ability to allocate this cheaper-priced stock to a new price and once it is sold through, the old price would automatically return, or stick depending on settings, for the remaining (old-priced) stock. This would therefore make calculating profit margins a lot easier and save a lot of time as you would be able to quickly look back to see what inventory was bought at what price.
To help this…
